【摘要】：公路交通是促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展的生命線,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平越高對(duì)交通的依賴(lài)程度就越高,因此,交通事業(yè)的建設(shè)發(fā)展普遍受到地方政府的重視。但由于理論研究起步較晚、管理水平相對(duì)落后,我國(guó)公路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的整體管理水平還相對(duì)較低,由此造成的技術(shù)故障、安全事故還時(shí)有發(fā)生,更為突出的則是質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。項(xiàng)目在施工過(guò)程中,建設(shè)質(zhì)量得不到有效的重視和控制,使得工程質(zhì)量水平較低,由此形成的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題經(jīng)常見(jiàn)諸報(bào)端。因此,提高公路工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的技術(shù)水平,加大質(zhì)量控制的力度和強(qiáng)度,是目前公路工程項(xiàng)目管理的重中之重。論文以S222安丘段改建項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,具體研究了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)理論方法在公路工程項(xiàng)目中的具體應(yīng)用,在有效提高該項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的管理水平的同時(shí),也為同類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制提供的參考模式。論文首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)概況進(jìn)行了介紹,分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的概況,提出了S222安丘段改建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制面臨的主要問(wèn)題。依據(jù)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的總體目標(biāo),論文以全面質(zhì)量管理理論和ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系為指導(dǎo)思想,構(gòu)建了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的管理機(jī)構(gòu),落實(shí)質(zhì)量管理責(zé)任,建立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)制度規(guī)范。并具體研究了如何利用排列圖、魚(yú)刺圖以及控制圖對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析控制。針對(duì)項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)規(guī)劃、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工以及竣工驗(yàn)收各階段質(zhì)量控制的主要內(nèi)容,研究制定了相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制措施,重點(diǎn)研究了施工期間人員、設(shè)備、材料、技術(shù)以及環(huán)境的控制,從而有效的解決項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制面臨的主要問(wèn)題,并避免質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的發(fā)生。最后,制定了S222安丘段改建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的保障措施,針對(duì)S222安丘段改建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制體系的構(gòu)建情況以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制面臨的主要問(wèn)題,論文從思想教育、技術(shù)提高、監(jiān)督管理等幾個(gè)方面建立了具體的保障措施,從而進(jìn)一步完善項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的管理體系,有效的促進(jìn)質(zhì)量控制工作的高效實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Highway traffic is the lifeline to promote the development of regional economic and social undertakings. The higher the level of economic development is, the higher the degree of dependence on traffic is. Therefore, the construction and development of transportation is generally attached importance to by local governments. However, due to the late start of theoretical research, the level of management is relatively backward, the overall management level of highway construction projects in China is relatively low, resulting in technical failures, safety accidents occur from time to time, more prominent is the quality problem. In the process of construction, the quality of the project can not be effectively paid attention to and controlled, which makes the quality level of the project low, and the quality problems often appear in the news. Therefore, to improve the technical level of highway project quality control, to increase the intensity and intensity of quality control is the most important task of highway project management at present. Taking the S222 Anqiu reconstruction project as the research object, this paper studies the concrete application of the relevant theory and method of the project quality control in the highway engineering project, which can effectively improve the management level of the project quality control at the same time. Also provides the reference mode for the similar project quality control. This paper first introduces the general situation of project construction, analyzes the general situation of project quality control, and puts forward the main problems faced by the reconstruction project quality control in S222 Anqiu section. According to the overall goal of the project quality control, the paper takes the total quality management theory and the ISO9001 quality management system as the guiding ideology, constructs the project quality control management organization, implements the quality management responsibility. Establish relevant system of project quality control. And how to make use of the arrangement diagram, the fish-thorn diagram and the control chart to carry on the mathematical statistics and the analysis control to the quality in the construction process of the project is studied concretely. In view of the main contents of quality control in project planning, site construction and completion and acceptance, the corresponding quality control measures are studied, with emphasis on the control of personnel, equipment, materials, technology and environment during construction. Thus effectively solve the main problems of project quality control and avoid the occurrence of quality problems. Finally, the guarantee measures of S222 Anqiu reconstruction project quality control are established. Aiming at the construction of S222 Anqiu reconstruction project quality control system and the main problems faced by the project quality control, the paper discusses the ideological education and technology improvement. In order to improve the project quality control management system and effectively promote the effective implementation of the quality control work, several aspects of supervision and management have established the concrete safeguard measures.
