【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,我國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平提升的速度也日益加快,社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面都發(fā)生極大變化,人們的生活水平獲得極大的改善,購(gòu)房能力提高,帶動(dòng)了房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,在這種環(huán)境之下,人們的住房要求和對(duì)房屋功能性要求都更加嚴(yán)格,越來(lái)越需要科學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的支持。因此越來(lái)越多的行業(yè)中出現(xiàn)了高科技技術(shù)的身影�？茖W(xué)技術(shù)與房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的結(jié)合范圍不斷擴(kuò)大,帶動(dòng)了樓宇智能化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。本文就此現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行下一步分析和闡述。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the speed of our country's social and economic level is also speeding up day by day, all aspects of social life have undergone great changes, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and the ability to purchase houses has been improved. The rapid development of real estate industry, in this environment, people's housing requirements and housing functional requirements are more stringent, more and more need the support of science and technology to the real estate industry. As a result, more and more industries appear in the figure of high-tech technology. The combination of science and technology with the real estate industry is expanding, driving the application and development of intelligent building technology. This article carries on the next analysis and elaboration to this phenomenon.
