住區(qū)步憩行為與步行空間質(zhì)量研究

【摘要】:步憩行為是住區(qū)居民的一種基本休憩需求,是居民在身心放松狀態(tài)下自發(fā)參與住區(qū)生活的自發(fā)行為,步憩行為的發(fā)生離不開(kāi)步行空間的支持。隨著社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,人們對(duì)生活品質(zhì)要求的不斷提高,住區(qū)步行空間不再是單純交通性質(zhì)的空間,而是具有休憩交往功能的多義空間。住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量與居民步憩行為有著密切聯(lián)系,步行空間質(zhì)量是休憩空間整體質(zhì)量的重要組成部分。目前我國(guó)住區(qū)步行空間還存在空間結(jié)構(gòu)單一、尺度失當(dāng)、連續(xù)性差等不足,一定程度上抑制了居民步憩行為應(yīng)有的活力。住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量的研究對(duì)提升住區(qū)步行空間品質(zhì)及住區(qū)整體休憩環(huán)境品質(zhì)有著重要作用與意義。本文在調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)資料整理及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上選取9類25項(xiàng)影響步行空間質(zhì)量的構(gòu)成要素指標(biāo),采用AHP層次分析法對(duì)影響住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量的要素進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)與居民步憩行為相關(guān)的步行空間質(zhì)量構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),力圖探討住區(qū)步行空間對(duì)居民步憩活動(dòng)的滿足程度,據(jù)此反映住區(qū)步行空間作為一種休憩空間的價(jià)值與意義,而住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型的建立則是希望能為今后住區(qū)休憩空間整體量化及住區(qū)現(xiàn)行規(guī)劃控制指標(biāo)提供一定參考依據(jù)。全文主要由以下幾個(gè)部分構(gòu)成:第一部分:主要介紹了研究背景、相關(guān)概念界定、相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究綜述、論文研究目的與意義以及研究框架;第二部分:主要介紹住區(qū)步行空間的基本概念、構(gòu)成與分類,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外步行空間發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行梳理,闡述了目前住區(qū)步行空間發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及面臨的問(wèn)題;第三部分:主要探討了住區(qū)居民步憩行為與步行空間關(guān)系;第四部分:介紹了基于居民環(huán)境—行為和社會(huì)行為特征的兩方面分析的住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量影響要素,包含實(shí)體環(huán)境要素與社會(huì)人文要素兩方面;第五部分:應(yīng)用層次分析法對(duì)住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行量化分析,對(duì)專家與居民在各項(xiàng)構(gòu)成要素權(quán)重值進(jìn)行分析,判斷影響住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量的構(gòu)成要素的重要程度,最后基于AHP的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,提出住區(qū)步行空間質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)模型;第六部分:選取駿景花園為具體案例,運(yùn)用評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)該住區(qū)的步行空間質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與綜合分析;對(duì)我國(guó)住區(qū)步行空間建設(shè)提出了一些優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),并通過(guò)對(duì)比分析目前現(xiàn)有的幾種步行空間優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,提出“步憩軸”的優(yōu)勢(shì)與相應(yīng)組織要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The behavior of walking rest is one of the basic needs of residents in residential areas, and it is the spontaneous behavior of residents participating in the life of residential areas spontaneously under the state of physical and mental relaxation. The occurrence of the behavior of walking rest can not be separated from the support of walking space. With the progress and development of the society and the improvement of people's quality of life, the walking space in residential area is no longer a simple traffic space, but a polysemous space with the function of recreational communication. The quality of walking space is closely related to the walking behavior of residents, and the quality of walking space is an important part of the overall quality of rest space. At present, the walking space of residential areas in our country still has some deficiencies, such as single space structure, improper scale, poor continuity and so on, which to some extent inhibits the vitality due to the residents' walking behavior. The study of walking space quality plays an important role in improving the walking space quality and the overall rest environment quality in residential areas. On the basis of investigation, literature review and questionnaire survey, this paper selects 9 categories and 25 key factors that affect the quality of walking space, and analyzes the factors that affect the quality of walking space in residential area by AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the components of the walking space quality related to the residents' walking behavior, and tries to explore the satisfaction degree of the residential walking space to the residents' walking activities. Thus reflecting the value and significance of walking space as a kind of rest space, It is hoped that the establishment of the evaluation model of pedestrian space quality in residential area can provide some reference for the overall quantification of residential space and the current planning and control index of residential area in the future. The full text is composed of the following parts: the first part: mainly introduces the research background, the related concept definition, the related domain research summary, the thesis research goal and the significance as well as the research frame; The second part mainly introduces the basic concept, composition and classification of walking space in residential area, combs the development course of walking space at home and abroad, and expounds the current situation and problems of walking space development in residential area. The third part mainly discusses the relationship between walking behavior and walking space, the fourth part introduces the impact factors of residential walking space quality based on the characteristics of environmental behavior and social behavior. The fifth part: the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the quantitative analysis of the living space quality elements, experts and residents in each of the components of the weight of the analysis, Finally, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP, the evaluation model of walking space quality in residential area is put forward. The sixth part: select Junjing Garden as a case study. Using the evaluation model, the paper evaluates and synthetically analyzes the walking space quality of the residential area, puts forward some key points of optimization design for the construction of the walking space in the residential area of our country, and compares and analyzes several kinds of existing pedestrian space optimization design schemes. The advantages and the corresponding organization points of the "walking rest axis" are put forward.
