【摘要】：公共設(shè)施在城市環(huán)境里是一個非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),它為人們的生活提供方便,同時也協(xié)調(diào)著人與城市環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系。城市公共設(shè)施分布在城市的每一個地方,在公共場所里使用最多,且與人群接觸最多。但是環(huán)境的破壞和人們意識的薄弱,對公共設(shè)施的要求變得更高。這同時帶來了新的問題,尤其是科技發(fā)展的隨之帶來的環(huán)境問題。綠植的日益減少,城市環(huán)境的破壞,這成為了地球環(huán)境十大問題之一。地球的綠色屏障——綠色植物正在以平均每年4000平方公里的速度迅速消失。綠色植物的縮減,就會使其涵水源功能受到極大的破壞,以至于水量的減少,污染……最終就造成了物種的減少和水土流失以及二氧化碳的吸收量的減少,從而加重了溫室效應(yīng)。氣候變化已越來越關(guān)注人類活動的影響,生態(tài)破壞成為影響全球氣候增溫的主要因素。我國正處在經(jīng)濟快速增長、城市化加速、向社會主義市場經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的時期,生態(tài)型城市規(guī)劃則是我國城市發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。所以環(huán)境問題引起了全球人們的關(guān)注,因此建設(shè)生態(tài)型的城市的公共設(shè)施對城市規(guī)劃工作也由顯重要,本文就是從城市公共設(shè)施設(shè)計的生態(tài)性方面入手,本著以人為本,凈化環(huán)境,提出如何設(shè)計環(huán)保生態(tài)型的公共設(shè)施。讓公共設(shè)施成為環(huán)境日益變好的“小衛(wèi)士”。通過人性化設(shè)施設(shè)計的合理性來建設(shè)生態(tài)型城市,從而也改變?nèi)藗兊纳罘绞胶退枷胗^念。讓人們自覺的形成保護公共設(shè)施的觀念。本文首先對城市公共設(shè)施的定義,設(shè)計要點進行研究,接下來著重對組合式生態(tài)花墻做研究,在分析中采用了分類研究的辦法,結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,層次遞進,指出當今設(shè)計的不足,提出了建設(shè)性的想法,望對未來設(shè)計具有良好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Public facilities is a very important link in urban environment. It provides convenience for people's life and coordinates the relationship between people and urban environment. Urban public facilities are located in every part of the city, most used in public places and most in contact with people. However, environmental damage and weak awareness of public facilities have become more demanding. At the same time, it brings new problems, especially the environmental problems brought by the development of science and technology. The decreasing of green planting and the destruction of urban environment have become one of the ten problems of the earth's environment. The earth's green barrier-green plants are rapidly disappearing at an average annual rate of 4000 square kilometers. The reduction of green plants will cause great damage to the function of water supply, so that the amount of water will be reduced and the pollution will occur. The loss of species, soil erosion and carbon dioxide sequestration added to Greenhouse Effect. Climate change has paid more and more attention to the impact of human activities and ecological destruction has become the main factor affecting global climate warming. China is in the period of rapid economic growth, accelerated urbanization, and the transition to socialist market economy. Ecological urban planning is the key to urban development in China. Therefore, environmental problems have aroused the attention of people all over the world. Therefore, the construction of ecological urban public facilities is also very important to urban planning. This paper starts with the ecological aspects of urban public facilities design, and takes people as the basis. Clean up the environment and put forward how to design the environmental protection ecological public facilities. Let the public facilities become a "little guard" that the environment is getting better and better. Through the rationality of humanized facility design, the ecological city is built, thus changing people's life style and ideology. Let people consciously form the concept of protection of public facilities. In this paper, the definition and design essentials of urban public facilities are studied first, and then the combined ecological splendor is studied. In the analysis, the method of classification is adopted, the structure is clear, the level is progressive, and the deficiency of current design is pointed out. Put forward the constructive idea, hope to have the good reference meaning to the future design.
