基于游客尋路行為的景區(qū)導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)評價研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,旅游度假已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘I钪胁豢苫蛉钡囊徊糠。景區(qū)導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)作為景區(qū)基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施中重要的組成部分,在引導(dǎo)游客路徑規(guī)劃、提升游客游玩體驗有不可忽視的作用,所以對景區(qū)導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)的研究具有重要實際意義。目前,關(guān)于導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)的研究多集中在要素設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方面,而對導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)的評價研究較少,且大部分是從人體工程學(xué)、環(huán)境學(xué)的角度出發(fā),在一定程度上忽視了游客最根本的尋路需求,定性評價較多,定量研究較少,并且國家及各地方政府關(guān)于景區(qū)導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)行評價標準的界定模糊,可操作性較差。因此,本文從游客尋路行為出發(fā),針對目前景區(qū)導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)評價的問題開展了研究,以構(gòu)建一套合理的定量評價指標體系。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容與成果包括:(1)系統(tǒng)分析總結(jié)了導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)、游客尋路行為、游覽規(guī)劃路線三方面的理論研究。分析了導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)的定義、分類及設(shè)置原則,闡述了尋路的起源、定義及其影響因素,研究了導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)設(shè)置和尋路行為之間的關(guān)系。通過論述游客旅游線路的定義、空間模式及影響其空間選擇的因素,對旅游線路和尋路行為之間的關(guān)系進行了分析,為后面的建模和尋路實驗奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。(2)通過調(diào)查問卷,總結(jié)了游客尋路行為特性。從尋路過程出發(fā),對游客及導(dǎo)向標識進行抽象,構(gòu)建游客對導(dǎo)向標識的認知庫,以及和導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)相互作用的移動行為規(guī)則庫,進而根據(jù)尋路行為和導(dǎo)向標識的相互作用關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了游客尋路行為模型,該模型是評價導(dǎo)向標識的核心。按照尋路過程,游客尋路行為模型被劃分為信息感知階段、路徑規(guī)劃階段、行為移動階段,并分別進行了描述。(3)分析游客規(guī)劃游覽路線的影響因素,建立規(guī)劃路線生成算法,隨機生成游客規(guī)劃線路。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從游覽需求和非游覽需求兩個方面,實現(xiàn)了基于規(guī)劃路線的游客綜合尋路算法。另外,根據(jù)導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)和尋路行為之間的關(guān)系,從提高游客空間認知和尋路效率的角度,構(gòu)建了基于游客尋路行為的點、線、面三個層次的導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)評價指標體系。最后,以明孝陵景區(qū)為例,對景區(qū)中的導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng)進行評價分析,并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果提出合理的優(yōu)化建議。研究結(jié)果表明,該評價方法有效,提出的指標體系能合理的評價現(xiàn)有導(dǎo)向標識系統(tǒng),對其空間布局、內(nèi)容等設(shè)置提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化建議,改善了游客的游玩體驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, tourism vacation has become an indispensable part of people's daily life. As an important part of the basic service facilities, the scenic spot guidance marking system plays an important role in guiding the tourist path planning and improving the tourist experience. So the research on the scenic spot guidance marking system has important practical significance. At present, the research on guided marking system is mostly focused on the design of elements and system planning, but the research on evaluation of guided marking system is less, and most of them are from the angle of ergonomics and environmental science. To some extent, the most fundamental needs of tourists are ignored, the qualitative evaluation is more, the quantitative research is less, and the definition of the current evaluation standard of the scenic spot guidance marking system is fuzzy, and the operability is poor. Therefore, based on the tourists' road finding behavior, this paper studies the evaluation of scenic spot guidance marking system in order to construct a set of reasonable quantitative evaluation index system. The main research contents and achievements of this paper include: 1) systematic analysis and summary of three aspects of the guided sign system, the behavior of tourists seeking the road, and the tour planning route. This paper analyzes the definition, classification and setting principle of the guided marking system, expounds the origin, definition and influencing factors of the guided marking system, and studies the relationship between the setting of the guided marking system and the routing behavior. By discussing the definition of tourist tour route, spatial mode and the factors that influence its spatial choice, this paper analyzes the relationship between tourist route and route finding behavior, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later modeling and route finding experiment. The characteristics of tourists' seeking behavior are summarized. Based on the route finding process, this paper abstracts the tourists and their guiding signs, and constructs the cognitive library of the tourists' guiding signs, and the mobile behavior rules library which interacts with the guided marking system. Then, according to the interaction relationship between the road finding behavior and the guide sign, the model of the tourist route finding behavior is constructed, which is the core of the evaluation of the guide sign. According to the route finding process, the behavior model is divided into three stages: information perception stage, path planning stage, behavior moving stage. Random generation of tourist planning routes. On this basis, the comprehensive route finding algorithm based on planning route is realized from two aspects of tour demand and non-tour demand. In addition, according to the relationship between the guidance marking system and the road finding behavior, from the angle of improving the tourists' spatial cognition and route finding efficiency, the evaluation index system of the guided marking system is constructed based on the point, line and surface of the tourists' road finding behavior. Finally, taking the Ming Xiao Mausoleum Scenic area as an example, this paper evaluates and analyzes the guiding marking system in the scenic spot, and puts forward reasonable optimization suggestions according to the evaluation results. The results show that the evaluation method is effective, the proposed index system can reasonably evaluate the existing guidance marking system, and the corresponding optimization suggestions for its spatial layout, content and other settings are put forward, which can improve the visitors' play experience.
