【摘要】：本論文基于對元陽世界遺產(chǎn)區(qū)村落的多次調(diào)查,結(jié)合區(qū)位和旅游資源分析,對旅游型村落進(jìn)行了分類研究。通過梳理相關(guān)理論、汲取世界文化遺產(chǎn)區(qū)村落的旅游開發(fā)與保護(hù)模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而探究元陽旅游型村落的發(fā)展模式。并通過旅游資源開發(fā)、土地利用、旅游環(huán)境容量、功能更新與布局、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施、行為活動和社會文化七個(gè)方面的控制的研究,對元陽遺產(chǎn)區(qū)村落的旅游開發(fā)提出控制要素,從旅游發(fā)展的角度提出了村落需要進(jìn)行服務(wù)功能的轉(zhuǎn)化與拓展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的完善與更新、村落結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與整合,運(yùn)用綠色生態(tài)技術(shù)等控制措施,建立技術(shù)方法、法律法規(guī)和行政管理三方面的控制機(jī)制,盡可能避免后申遺時(shí)代元陽村落出現(xiàn)開發(fā)失控的問題。最后對元陽旅游型村落進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,分別針對四種類型的旅游型村落的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行探索。對于遺產(chǎn)區(qū)村落的開發(fā),既是當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求,又是世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的途徑。只有控制好保護(hù)與發(fā)展之間的平衡點(diǎn),利用旅游業(yè)帶動當(dāng)?shù)卮迓涞陌l(fā)展,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)村落的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。而具體的控制要素及控制方法是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of villages in Yuanyang World Heritage area and the analysis of location and tourism resources, this paper makes a classification study on tourist villages. Through combing the relevant theories and drawing the experience of the tourism development and protection model of the villages in the world cultural heritage area, this paper probes into the development model of the tourist villages in Yuanyang. And through the research of tourism resources development, land use, tourism environment capacity, function renewal and layout, tourism service facilities, behavior activities and social culture, the paper puts forward the control elements of the tourism development of the villages in Yuanyang heritage area. From the point of view of tourism development, this paper puts forward some control measures, such as the transformation and expansion of service function, the improvement and renewal of infrastructure, the adjustment and integration of village structure, the use of green ecological technology, and so on. The control mechanism of laws and regulations and administration can avoid the problem of out of control of the development of Yuanyang village. Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on the tourist villages in Yuanyang, and explores the development models of four types of tourist villages. The development of villages in heritage areas is not only the demand of local economic development, but also the way to protect the world heritage. Only by controlling the balance between protection and development and using tourism to promote the development of local villages can the sustainable development of villages be realized. The specific control elements and control methods are the focus of this paper.
