SMA阻尼器—隅撐支撐對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)被動(dòng)控制的理論研究

【摘要】:隅撐支撐是一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式,具體表現(xiàn)為在小震作用下為結(jié)構(gòu)提供抗側(cè)移剛度,在大震作用下隅撐發(fā)生屈服進(jìn)行耗能。超彈性形狀記憶合金是一種新型智能材料具有大變形恢復(fù)功能,還具有較高的阻尼性能、抗疲勞性和耐久性。本文將SMA阻尼器與隅撐支撐相結(jié)合,制成耗能裝置以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)控制。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)利用SMA的超彈特性設(shè)計(jì)一種新型的SMA阻尼器,對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造和工作原理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明,該阻尼器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)為:對(duì)阻尼器拉力或者壓力時(shí),內(nèi)部所有的SMA絲始終處于拉伸狀態(tài);對(duì)SMA的最大應(yīng)變可以控制。(2)將SMA阻尼器與隅撐支撐結(jié)合在一起,構(gòu)成結(jié)構(gòu)的雙重耗能防線,即:中小震時(shí),SMA阻尼器進(jìn)行耗能;遇到強(qiáng)震時(shí),隅撐構(gòu)件主要進(jìn)行耗能。(3)基于ABAQUS平臺(tái)運(yùn)用UMAT子程序?qū)MA本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),建立了SMA力學(xué)模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立SMA阻尼器-隅撐支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的計(jì)算模型。(4)以一十五層和一三層框架為算例,分別計(jì)算了SMA阻尼器隅撐支撐結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)和震后結(jié)構(gòu)自復(fù)位情況,結(jié)果表明:該耗能體系可以有效地抑制層間位移和水平位移,并可以驅(qū)使結(jié)構(gòu)在震后基本復(fù)位,但是對(duì)加速度有一定的提高。
[Abstract]:Corner brace is a new type of structure, which can provide lateral stiffness for the structure under the action of small earthquake, and yield to consume energy under the action of strong earthquake. Superelastic shape memory alloy (SMA) is a new type of smart material with large deformation recovery, high damping property, fatigue resistance and durability. In this paper, the SMA damper is combined with the corner brace, and the energy dissipation device is made to control the vibration of the frame structure. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) A new type of SMA damper is designed by using the superelastic characteristics of SMA. The structure and working principle of the damper are described in detail. The advantages of the damper are as follows: when the damper is under tension or pressure, All the internal SMA wires are always in the tensile state; the maximum strain of the SMA can be controlled. 2) the SMA dampers are combined with the corner braces to form the dual energy dissipation line of the structure, that is, when the small and medium earthquakes occur, the dampers consume the energy; when the strong earthquakes occur, the dampers consume energy. Based on the ABAQUS platform, the SMA constitutive model is developed by using UMAT subroutine, and the SMA mechanics model is established. On the basis of this, the calculation model of SMA damper-corner braced frame structure under earthquake action is established. (4) taking 15 story frame and one three story frame as examples, The vibration response of the SMA damper bracing structure under earthquake and the self-reset of the structure after the earthquake are calculated, respectively. The results show that the energy dissipation system can effectively suppress the interlayer displacement and the horizontal displacement. It can drive the structure to reset basically after the earthquake, but it can improve the acceleration to a certain extent.
