【摘要】：本論文的研究課題是《BIM設計模式在華藍公司中的應用探索》,共有六章。第一章、緒論,主要介紹BIM的相關概念、載體和基本工作方法,并介紹本論文課題的研究背景、方法和框架及研究目的。第二章、本章簡述了BIM技術在國內(nèi)外的推行政策背景和在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及取得成果,用主要篇幅歸納總結了現(xiàn)時BIM技術在設計行業(yè)內(nèi)的幾個實用方面。也對項目建設方、施工方和業(yè)主運營方可從BIM技術中得到的受益提升做了綜述。第三章、本章簡述了設計企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)設計模式各階段的工作流程特點,BIM的工作集和鏈接兩種模式的區(qū)別。并分析總結與BIM設計模式的工作方式相對比下,傳統(tǒng)設計模式的不足。第四章、本章收集整理了華藍公司自2013-2015上半年完成的BIM設計項目案例資料,以及對培訓、獎勵政策等進行總結。對BIM實踐應用時在出圖、生產(chǎn)流程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的實際問題也進行了分析總結。第五章、本章在第四章的項目調(diào)研基礎上,結合對政策環(huán)境國情和工作實踐經(jīng)驗的整理研究,對華藍公司近年推行BIM項目實踐工作中設計增值點進行了分析定位;通過成本和效益分析提出了BIM模式適用方向建議;并對第四章中提出的BIM實踐環(huán)節(jié)中的培訓方式、團隊建設、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中的設計標準、質(zhì)量控制環(huán)節(jié)中的提資記錄和校審環(huán)節(jié)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行研究討論,提出了解決方向和建議。第六章、結論,對BIM未來應用的展望
[Abstract]:The research topic of this thesis is "the Application of BIM Design pattern in Hualang Company", there are six chapters. The first chapter, introduction, mainly introduces the related concepts, carriers and basic working methods of BIM, and introduces the research background, methods, framework and purpose of this thesis. In the second chapter, this chapter briefly introduces the policy background of the implementation of BIM technology at home and abroad, the present development situation and achievements in China, and summarizes several practical aspects of BIM technology in the design industry. The benefits of BIM technology for project builders, builders and owners are also reviewed. In the third chapter, this chapter briefly describes the characteristics of the workflow of each stage of the traditional design pattern of the design enterprise and the differences between the two modes of work set and link of BIM. Compared with the working mode of BIM design mode, the deficiency of traditional design mode is analyzed and summarized. Chapter 4, this chapter collects and collates the case data of BIM design project completed by Hualan Company since the first half of 2013-2015, and summarizes the training and incentive policies. The paper also analyzes and summarizes the practical problems found in the production process and the drawing of BIM in practice. The fifth chapter, on the basis of the research of the fourth chapter, combined with the research on the national conditions of policy environment and the experience of working practice, this chapter analyzes the design value added points in the practical work of BIM project carried out by Hualang Company in recent years. Through the analysis of cost and benefit, the paper puts forward the direction of BIM mode, and gives the training mode, team building and design standard of BIM practice link in chapter four. The paper studies and discusses the problems found in the record of raising capital in the link of quality control and the link of checking and checking, and puts forward the direction and suggestions to solve the problem. Chapter 6, conclusion, prospect of BIM application in the future.
