【摘要】：隨著我國老年人口不斷增加,老齡化現(xiàn)象日趨嚴重,老年人居住環(huán)境問題成為當今政府和社會關(guān)注的重要問題。我國《十二五規(guī)劃》中為積極應(yīng)對人口老齡化,提出加強養(yǎng)老設(shè)施機構(gòu)建設(shè),著力改善老年人居住環(huán)境,提高老年人晚年生活質(zhì)量。機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老作為社會養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的重要部分,是老年人群居生活、集體養(yǎng)老的重要場所。伴隨著老齡化程度的快速加深以及我國城市人口“四二一”的家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)、城市化等因素的影響,對專業(yè)養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)提供個性化養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的老年人數(shù)量將會激增,對養(yǎng)老服務(wù)市場需求也不斷增大。庭院空間是養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建筑室外空間的重要組成部分,承擔(dān)著老年人日常戶外活動功能,同時也是老年人與他人交流、休閑、鍛煉、娛樂最緊密相關(guān)的室外活動場所,為老年人接觸和親近自然提供了基礎(chǔ)條件。本文研究以國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的發(fā)展及理論研究文獻閱讀為基礎(chǔ),通過建筑學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)、老年心理學(xué)、人體工程學(xué)、景觀設(shè)計學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,分析養(yǎng)老設(shè)施庭院空間類型,老年人庭院空間活動需求,庭院空間功能組織與環(huán)境特征和庭院空間構(gòu)成要素。結(jié)合閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施實地現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,分析總結(jié)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施庭院空間使用現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題。提出閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施庭院空間類型及功能構(gòu)成,以及庭院圍合要素、景觀要素、功能設(shè)施要素景觀設(shè)計要點。希望通過本論文的研究,對今后閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施環(huán)境景觀設(shè)計有所幫助,在理論知識上豐富并填補該地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施庭院空間景觀設(shè)計的研究空白,為今后閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施庭院空間景觀設(shè)計及其改造設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the elderly population in our country, the aging phenomenon is becoming more and more serious. The problem of the living environment of the elderly has become an important issue that the government and the society pay attention to.In order to deal with the aging of the population actively in the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, it is proposed to strengthen the construction of old-age facilities, to improve the living environment of the elderly and to improve the quality of life of the elderly in their old age.As an important part of the social pension service, institutional pension is an important place for the elderly to live in groups and provide for the aged collectively.With the rapid deepening of the aging degree and the influence of the family population structure and urbanization of the urban population in China, the number of the elderly who provide individualized pension services to professional pension institutions will increase dramatically.The market demand for pension services is also increasing.Courtyard space is an important part of the outdoor space of the old-age facilities building, which bears the function of the old people's daily outdoor activities, and it is also the most closely related outdoor activity place for the elderly to communicate, relax, exercise and entertain with others.It provides the basic conditions for the old people to contact and get close to the nature.Based on the development and theoretical study of the endowment facilities at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the courtyard space types of pension facilities through the relevant theories of architecture, environmental psychology, geriatric psychology, ergonomics, landscape design, etc.Elderly courtyard space activity needs, courtyard space function organization and environment characteristic and courtyard space composition factor.Based on the field investigation of pension facilities in the south of Fujian, this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation and main problems in the use of courtyard space of pension facilities.This paper puts forward the space types and functional composition of pension facilities courtyard in South Fujian, as well as the main points of landscape design of courtyard enclosure elements, landscape elements and functional facilities elements.It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to the landscape design of pension facilities in the south of Fujian in the future, enrich the theoretical knowledge and fill the gaps in the research on the landscape design of the courtyard of the pension facilities in this area.It provides reference for the design and reconstruction of the courtyard of pension facilities in the south of Fujian in the future.
