EDG無核密度儀標定模型與測試誤差的試驗研究

【摘要】:EDG無核密度儀是一種無損快速的壓實土干密度測試儀器,其在國內的應用經驗較少。為研究EDG法干密度測試的準確性和適宜性,從EDG的測試機制出發(fā),基于黃土試樣的EDG法、灌砂法和烘干法測試結果,分析EDG法干密度測試產生誤差的原因,以及測試誤差大小。結果表明土的復合阻抗和電容電阻比均受密度和體積含水量兩者的影響是造成EDG法測試產生誤差的原因;EDG法干密度測試的誤差大小并不是恒定值,而是在某些特定含水率和干密度區(qū)間內測試誤差較小,其他區(qū)間測試誤差較大;保證土料的均勻性,控制土料的含水率在較小區(qū)間內變化是EDG法干密度測試適用的前提條件;工程實踐中宜針對采用的標定模型進行測試誤差分析,明確標定模型適用的含水率和干密度范圍。
[Abstract]:EDG seedless density meter is a kind of nondestructive and fast measuring instrument for the dry density of compacted soil, and its application experience in China is less.In order to study the accuracy and suitability of dry density measurement by EDG method, based on the test results of EDG method, sand filling method and drying method of loess samples, this paper analyzes the causes of errors and the size of measurement errors in EDG dry density testing based on the testing mechanism of EDG.The results show that the influence of density and volumetric water content on the composite impedance and capacitance resistance ratio of the soil is the cause of the error caused by the EDG method. The error of the dry density measurement of the EDG method is not constant.However, the measurement error is smaller in some specific water content and dry density intervals, but larger in others, and the precondition of EDG dry density testing is to ensure the homogeneity of soil material and control the variation of soil moisture content in small interval.In engineering practice, it is necessary to analyze the measurement error of the calibration model and determine the range of moisture content and dry density for the calibration model.
