【摘要】：本文為綠色施工在建筑工程中的應(yīng)用研究。通過對我國現(xiàn)階段施工環(huán)境的介紹和對比國內(nèi)外綠色施工的研究歷史、研究方向、我國的發(fā)展進(jìn)程等方面進(jìn)行了簡述,詳細(xì)介紹了綠色施工課題的研究背景及意義,。確定了本文的主要內(nèi)容與研究的技術(shù)路線等相關(guān)內(nèi)容；詳細(xì)闡述了綠色施工的基本概念和相關(guān)理論,點(diǎn)明了綠色施工的思想內(nèi)核、采用的手段和所要達(dá)成的目的。概括介紹了綠色施工管理當(dāng)中包含的施管理、環(huán)境保護(hù)、節(jié)材與材料資源的利用、節(jié)水與水資源利用、節(jié)能與能源利用、節(jié)地與施工用地保護(hù)等控制措施和相關(guān)評價指標(biāo)；對某實(shí)際工程概況和建筑工程本身的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行簡要介紹。其次結(jié)合第二部分,詳細(xì)描述當(dāng)前建筑工程行業(yè)在綠色施工思想指導(dǎo)下的一般控制措施,依據(jù)科學(xué)管理、保護(hù)環(huán)境、能源和資源的節(jié)約利用、水資源的節(jié)約利用、材料資源的利用和節(jié)約及節(jié)地與工程用地保護(hù)這六個方面在控制要點(diǎn),實(shí)施指標(biāo)和具體措施等方面進(jìn)行了詳盡的整理和敘述。對綠色施工領(lǐng)域的幾個重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了專門的研究討論。希望通過不斷創(chuàng)新嘗試,將更為先進(jìn)和科學(xué)的措施融入綠色施工的體系當(dāng)中；結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)在建筑工程中的應(yīng)用展開,簡要介紹了BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢及在綠色施工技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用,提出了基于可視理論的新型綠色施工創(chuàng)新技術(shù)觀點(diǎn)。基于全文研究內(nèi)容回顧了綠色施工的研究背景與意義、綠色施工基本概念和理論的展開、實(shí)際項目的對比分析和BIM技術(shù)在建筑工程中的應(yīng)用。表明綠色施工在建筑工程中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景和重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the application of green construction in building engineering.By introducing and comparing the research history, research direction and development process of green construction at home and abroad at present in our country, this paper introduces the background and significance of green construction research in detail.The main contents and technical route of this paper are determined, the basic concepts and relevant theories of green construction are expounded in detail, and the ideological kernel, means and purpose of green construction are pointed out.The control measures and related evaluation indexes of green construction management, such as management, environmental protection, utilization of saving material and material resources, water saving and water resources utilization, energy saving and energy utilization, land saving and construction land protection, are summarized.The general situation of a practical project and the characteristics of the construction project itself are briefly introduced.Secondly, combined with the second part, it describes in detail the general control measures under the guidance of green construction thought in the current construction engineering industry, according to the scientific management, the protection of the environment, the conservation and utilization of energy and resources, the conservation and utilization of water resources,The utilization and saving of material resources and the conservation of land and the protection of engineering land are discussed in detail in the aspects of control points, implementation indexes and concrete measures.Several key contents in green construction field are studied and discussed.It is hoped that more advanced and scientific measures will be integrated into the green construction system through continuous innovation, and the advantages of BIM technology and its application in green construction technology will be briefly introduced in combination with the application of BIM technology in construction engineering.The viewpoint of new green construction innovation technology based on visual theory is put forward.This paper reviews the background and significance of green construction, the development of basic concepts and theories of green construction, the comparative analysis of actual projects and the application of BIM technology in construction engineering.It shows that green construction has wide application prospect and important practical significance in building engineering.
