既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定方法研究

【摘要】:既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)在建成之后,結(jié)構(gòu)本身不斷經(jīng)歷外界自然環(huán)境和人為作用的影響,加之本身結(jié)構(gòu)隨著時(shí)間的流逝而不斷的老化,原有使用性能和抗擊災(zāi)害的能力逐步退化,當(dāng)結(jié)構(gòu)安全趨于極限狀態(tài)時(shí),將直接威脅到既有結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)安全。為了使其能繼續(xù)發(fā)揮應(yīng)有作用,就需要對(duì)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)定,為維護(hù)、維修、加固改造提供相關(guān)依據(jù)。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定方法有待進(jìn)一步研究,而本文以提高既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定結(jié)論的準(zhǔn)確性和科學(xué)性為目的,展開(kāi)對(duì)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定方法的研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定基礎(chǔ)理論的研究。結(jié)合既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定的研究現(xiàn)狀及文獻(xiàn)資料,系統(tǒng)地梳理了既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性的理論基礎(chǔ),深入研究了既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定的基礎(chǔ)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)理論的分析,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,綜合分析了現(xiàn)行既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定方法中存在的問(wèn)題。(2)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定指標(biāo)體系的研究。通過(guò)對(duì)安全性評(píng)定案例的分析,結(jié)合相關(guān)規(guī)范資料分析梳理了既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)(木結(jié)構(gòu)、砌體結(jié)構(gòu)、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)這四種結(jié)構(gòu)形式)安全性的影響因素和評(píng)定內(nèi)容,結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)體系的傳力路徑對(duì)構(gòu)件重要性級(jí)別進(jìn)行劃分,最終構(gòu)建了既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定指標(biāo)體系,用Lagrange條件極值的組合賦權(quán)法對(duì)權(quán)重進(jìn)行了核算。(3)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定模型的研究。通過(guò)對(duì)定性及定量評(píng)估方法各自特點(diǎn)及其適用性的歸納分析,結(jié)合建立的評(píng)定指標(biāo)體系,綜合考慮選用物元可拓法建了既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定模型,分別對(duì)指標(biāo)體系的量化、關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù)的建立、評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了逐一分析。(4)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定模型的實(shí)例分析研究。以北京某金融商務(wù)區(qū)展示中心安全性鑒定項(xiàng)目為算例,運(yùn)用本文建立的既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)定方II法對(duì)北京某金融商務(wù)區(qū)展示中心項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)定,最后給出一個(gè)量化的評(píng)定結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證模型的可行性和適用性,為后續(xù)軟件的研發(fā)奠定基礎(chǔ)。(5)既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定決策輔助計(jì)算軟件研究與應(yīng)用?紤]到既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性綜合評(píng)定方法中的模型計(jì)算過(guò)于復(fù)雜,通過(guò)手工計(jì)算過(guò)于繁瑣,并考慮能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)合理、快速、有效地安全性評(píng)定,專(zhuān)門(mén)研究編制了相應(yīng)的輔助計(jì)算軟件。該軟件是基于.net平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)研制的,主要包括木結(jié)構(gòu)、砌體結(jié)構(gòu)、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)四個(gè)部分內(nèi)容。最后通過(guò)實(shí)例論證了該計(jì)算軟件有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:After the construction of the existing building structure, the structure itself has experienced the influence of the natural environment and the artificial action continuously, and the structure of the existing building structure has been aging with the passage of time, and the original performance and the ability to resist disasters have been gradually degraded.When the structure safety tends to the limit state, it will directly threaten the structure safety of the existing structure.In order to make it continue to play its due role, it is necessary to evaluate the safety of the existing building structure, to provide relevant basis for maintenance, repair, reinforcement and transformation.At present, the safety assessment method of existing building structure in our country needs to be further studied, and the purpose of this paper is to improve the accuracy and scientific nature of the safety assessment conclusion of existing building structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the basic theory of safety assessment of existing building structures.Combined with the present situation and literature of safety assessment of existing building structures, this paper systematically combs the theoretical basis of reliability of existing building structures, deeply studies the basic theory of safety assessment of existing building structures, and through the analysis of the theory,Combined with the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the existing methods of safety assessment of existing building structures and the study of the comprehensive evaluation index system for the safety of existing building structures.By analyzing the case of safety assessment and combining with the data of relevant codes, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and evaluation contents of the safety of existing building structures (wood structure, masonry structure, concrete structure and steel structure).Combined with the load transfer path of the structural system, the importance level of the component is divided, and finally, the evaluation index system of the safety of the existing building structure is constructed.The combined weighting method of Lagrange condition extremum is used to calculate the weight. 3) the comprehensive evaluation model of the safety of the existing building structure is studied.Through the induction and analysis of the characteristics and applicability of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, combined with the established evaluation index system, the comprehensive assessment model of the safety of the existing building structures is built by using the matter-element extension method.The quantification of the index system, the establishment of the correlation function, the evaluation standard and the flow chart are analyzed one by one.Taking the safety appraisal project of a financial business district exhibition center in Beijing as an example, the safety evaluation method of the existing building structure safety assessment square II is used to evaluate the safety of a financial business district exhibition center project in Beijing.Finally, a quantitative evaluation result is given to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model, which lays a foundation for the research and development of subsequent software.Considering that the model calculation in the comprehensive assessment method for existing building structures is too complicated and that the manual calculation is too cumbersome, and that it can realize reasonable, rapid and effective safety assessment,The corresponding assistant computing software has been developed specially.The software is developed based on .net platform and includes four parts: wooden structure, masonry structure, concrete structure and steel structure.Finally, the validity and feasibility of the software are demonstrated by an example.
