彩色熱反射涂料的制備與節(jié)能評價

【摘要】:隨著我國建筑規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大和居民對建筑舒適性要求的不斷提高,我國建筑能耗用量不斷增加,已經(jīng)與工業(yè)、交通并列成為我國能源消耗的三大主體。與此同時,夏季的制冷能耗更是達(dá)到了建筑能耗的三分之一以上。熱反射涂料因其對太陽輻射具有良好的反射作用,能夠有效的降低被涂建筑的表面溫度,減少夏季得熱,達(dá)到降低夏季制冷能耗的作用,在建筑的夏季節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。近年來市場上不斷推廣應(yīng)用的建筑熱反射涂料主要為白色或淺色色調(diào),這往往難以滿足現(xiàn)代建筑外觀多彩性的要求。本論文主要研究了彩色熱反射涂料的關(guān)鍵組成材料紅外反射顏料。分析了Fe2O3、Sb2O3及Al2O3的含量對以TiO2為主相的復(fù)合顏料物相構(gòu)成、色度及紅外反射性能的影響。復(fù)合顏料中Fe2O3的引入使得復(fù)合顏料中產(chǎn)生新相假板鈦礦Fe2TiO5,并使顏料呈現(xiàn)黃色色調(diào),其在近紅外波段的反射性能也隨含量的增加而不斷下降;Sb2O3的引入并未導(dǎo)致新相的產(chǎn)生,而是摻雜進(jìn)入TiO2的金紅石型結(jié)構(gòu),其含量的增加對復(fù)合顏料的明度值和在近紅外反射能力均有所提高;而Al2O3的引入對復(fù)合顏料的物相構(gòu)成、色度和紅外反射性能均未產(chǎn)生明顯影響,其功能主要是作為顏料的助磨劑,含量宜控制在4%~8%。根據(jù)各氧化物組成對復(fù)合顏料性能的影響,分別制得具有高紅外反射性能的黃色、紅褐色及黑色無機(jī)復(fù)合顏料及相應(yīng)彩色涂層,并測試其隔熱性能。所制得淺黃色復(fù)合顏料的太陽光反射率最高可達(dá)83.1%,土黃色復(fù)合顏的太陽光反射率最高可達(dá)79.7%,紅褐色復(fù)合顏料的太陽光反射率最高可達(dá)52.4%,黑色復(fù)合顏料的太陽光反射率最高可達(dá)44.5%。通過建立簡單傳熱模型,以北京地區(qū)為例計(jì)算了熱反射涂料對建筑在冬夏兩季耗能的影響。分析和評價了熱反射涂料對多層居住建筑、臨時彩鋼建筑和高層商業(yè)建筑的節(jié)能特性,并對熱反射涂料的涂裝使用提出合理建議。對于多層居住建筑,將熱反射涂料涂裝在建筑的屋頂上,具有最佳的節(jié)能效果;對于臨時彩鋼建筑,熱反射涂料則建議涂裝使用在建筑的屋頂和東西向墻體上;而對于高層商業(yè)建筑,熱反射涂料涂裝使用在四向玻璃幕墻,對于建筑的節(jié)能意義重大。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of construction in China and the continuous improvement of residents' requirements for building comfort, the consumption of building energy in our country is increasing, and it has become the three main bodies of energy consumption in our country, along with industry and transportation.At the same time, summer refrigeration energy consumption is more than 1/3 of the building energy consumption.Because of its good reflection to solar radiation, thermal reflective coatings can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the buildings, reduce the heat in summer, and reduce the energy consumption of cooling in summer.It is more and more widely used in building energy saving design in summer.In recent years, the heat reflection coatings of buildings which are popularized and applied in the market are mainly white or light colors, which are often difficult to meet the requirements of the multicolor of modern architecture appearance.In this paper, infrared reflective pigments, which are the key materials of color thermal reflection coatings, are studied.The effects of Fe _ 2O _ 3, SB _ 2O _ 3 and Al2O3 on the composition, chromaticity and infrared reflectance of composite pigment with TiO2 as the main phase were analyzed.The introduction of Fe2O3 in the composite pigment resulted in the formation of new phase pseudopatite Fe _ 2TiO _ 5 and yellow tone, and its reflectivity in the near infrared band decreased with the increase of the content of SB _ 2O _ 3, and the introduction of SB _ 2O _ 3 did not lead to the formation of new phase.However, the rutile structure doped into TiO2 can increase the luminance value and the reflectance in near infrared of the composite pigment with the increase of its content, while the phase composition of the composite pigment is formed by the introduction of Al2O3.The chroma and infrared reflectance have no obvious influence, its function is mainly used as the grinding aid of pigment, the content should be controlled at 4% and 8%.According to the effect of oxide composition on the properties of composite pigments, yellow, red-brown and black inorganic composite pigments with high infrared reflectivity and their corresponding color coatings were prepared, and their thermal insulation properties were tested.The solar reflectance of the light yellow composite pigment is up to 83.1, the highest solar reflectivity of the khaki-colored composite pigment is 79.7, the highest solar reflectivity of the reddish brown composite pigment is 52.4, and the highest solar reflectivity of the black composite pigment is 44.5.By establishing a simple heat transfer model, the effect of heat reflection coating on energy consumption in winter and summer is calculated by taking Beijing area as an example.This paper analyzes and evaluates the energy saving characteristics of heat reflection coatings for multi-storey residential buildings, temporary colored steel buildings and high-rise commercial buildings, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the application of heat reflection coatings.For the multi-storey residential building, the heat reflection coating coating on the roof of the building has the best energy saving effect; for the temporary color steel building, the heat reflection coating is recommended to be used on the roof of the building and the east-west wall.For high-rise commercial buildings, it is of great significance to save energy by applying heat-reflective coatings to four-direction glass curtain walls.
