【摘要】：結(jié)合裝配式建筑的特點及各地政策、規(guī)范和推進發(fā)展意見,就剪力墻體系下的預制率計算及構件選取進行探討。依據(jù)各地政策、法規(guī)及慣常做法,探討了預制構件在項目中的拆分及選擇,并根據(jù)各地的預制率的計算規(guī)則,比較各構件預制率占比及各設計階段的表達方式。同時,以某設計項目為例,再次探討了預制率在裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構中的考慮及應用。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and local policies, the prefabrication rate calculation and component selection under shear wall system are discussed.According to local policies, regulations and common practices, this paper discusses the separation and selection of prefabricated components in the project, and compares the prefabricated ratio of each component and the expression of each design stage according to the calculation rules of prefabrication rate in different places.At the same time, taking a design project as an example, the consideration and application of prefabrication rate in assembling integral shear wall structure are discussed again.
