【摘要】：杭州西湖東岸城市發(fā)展與西湖景觀的關(guān)系長期受到各界重視。特別在20世紀(jì)80年代末期高層建筑快速發(fā)展,使杭州"三面云山一面城"的景觀風(fēng)貌格局受到威脅,由此推動(dòng)了杭州對(duì)西湖景觀分析方法的研究。21世紀(jì)初,杭州開始探索以虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)替代以往的透視計(jì)算方法和計(jì)算機(jī)影像與照片合成法,建立了完善的數(shù)字模擬西湖景觀分析系統(tǒng),并應(yīng)用于規(guī)劃編制和管理過程中:包括對(duì)西湖東岸景觀控制地區(qū)進(jìn)行全域化基準(zhǔn)高度校核;在規(guī)劃階段對(duì)城市重點(diǎn)區(qū)域開展西湖景觀整體預(yù)評(píng)價(jià);在規(guī)劃條件制定和建設(shè)方案編制階段開展專項(xiàng)景觀評(píng)估等。下一步,杭州將集成規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與方案制定、項(xiàng)目審批與管理、遺產(chǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警等方面需求,建立全階段、開放式的西湖景觀控制服務(wù)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the urban development and the landscape of West Lake in Hangzhou has been attached great importance to for a long time.Especially in the late 1980s, the rapid development of high-rise buildings threatened the landscape pattern of "three sides Yunshan and one City" in Hangzhou, which promoted Hangzhou's research on the landscape analysis method of West Lake in the beginning of the 21st century.Hangzhou began to explore the use of virtual reality technology instead of the previous perspective calculation method and computer image and photo synthesis method, and set up a perfect digital analog West Lake landscape analysis system.And it is applied in the process of planning and management, including carrying out the global benchmark height check for the landscape control area on the east shore of the West Lake, and carrying out the overall pre-evaluation of the West Lake landscape in the planning stage of the key urban areas.Special landscape evaluation should be carried out in the stage of planning condition formulation and construction program preparation.In the next step, Hangzhou will integrate the requirements of planning and design, project approval and management, heritage monitoring and early warning, and establish a full-stage, open West Lake landscape control service platform.
