抗拔樁承載特性的試驗(yàn)研究與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,地下空間的開發(fā)應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,樁基礎(chǔ)工程在工程建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用,尤其是抗拔樁基礎(chǔ)的廣泛應(yīng)用迫切要求一種普遍適用的理論保證抗拔樁的安全使用。在此背景之下,本文主要進(jìn)行以下幾個(gè)方面的工作:(1)對樁基礎(chǔ)的發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行闡述,總結(jié)抗拔樁的研究現(xiàn)狀,包括現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)研究、模型試驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)值模擬分析等。(2)介紹抗拔樁基礎(chǔ)的理論研究。在相關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上分析抗拔樁的破壞形態(tài)、抗拔樁和承壓樁荷載傳遞機(jī)理的異同和抗拔樁承載力的計(jì)算方法。(3)以沈陽恒隆市府發(fā)展廣場的抗拔樁檢測試驗(yàn)為依托,對抗拔樁的荷載-位移關(guān)系、樁身軸力和樁側(cè)摩阻力的測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,利用試驗(yàn)結(jié)果研究抗拔樁承載特性。同時(shí),分析了后注漿工藝對于改善抗拔樁承載特性的有利作用。(4)利用數(shù)值分析軟件FLAC3D按照樁周土、樁和接觸面單元分別建立簡化的數(shù)值分析模型,進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值模擬,得到了抗拔樁在各級(jí)荷載作用下的位移特征云圖、應(yīng)力特征云圖。(5)利用沈陽恒隆市府發(fā)展廣場破壞性試驗(yàn)的抗拔樁TP4的荷載-位移關(guān)系、樁身軸力實(shí)測結(jié)果與數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比及二者產(chǎn)生誤差原因進(jìn)行分析,證明數(shù)值分析模型的合理性。利用驗(yàn)證后的數(shù)值分析模型分析樁長、樁徑和樁側(cè)摩擦系數(shù)對抗拔樁承載特性的影響。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy and technology in our country, the development and application of underground space is more and more extensive. Pile foundation engineering plays a very important role in engineering construction.In particular, the wide application of the pile foundation requires a universal theory to ensure the safe use of the pile.Under this background, this article mainly carries on the following several aspects of work: 1) to the pile foundation development history, summarizes the research present situation, including the field test research,Model test and numerical simulation analysis are introduced in this paper.On the basis of relevant references, this paper analyzes the failure pattern of the uplift pile, the similarities and differences between the load transfer mechanism of the uplift pile and the bearing capacity of the pile, and the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the pile, which is based on the test test of the anti-pulling pile in the Development Square of Shenyang Henglong City Government.The load-displacement relation, the axial force of pile body and the frictional resistance of pile side are analyzed, and the load-bearing characteristics of the pile are studied by using the test results.At the same time, the beneficial effect of post-grouting technology on improving the bearing characteristics of uplift pile is analyzed. The simplified numerical analysis model is established by using numerical analysis software FLAC3D according to the soil around the pile, the pile and the contact surface unit, and the three-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out.The displacement characteristic cloud map and stress characteristic cloud map of the uplift pile under various loads are obtained. The load-displacement relationship of the uplift pile TP4, which is developed by the destructive square test in Henglong City, Shenyang, is obtained.The comparison between the measured results of the axial force of the pile body and the results of numerical simulation and the analysis of the causes of the errors are carried out to prove the rationality of the numerical analysis model.The influence of pile length, diameter and friction coefficient on the bearing capacity of pulled piles is analyzed by using the verified numerical analysis model.
