混凝土框架柱工程質(zhì)量問題分析及加固技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國建筑行業(yè)得到繁榮發(fā)展。然而,繁榮發(fā)展的背后是建筑工程質(zhì)量問題的頻發(fā),這種現(xiàn)象已成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。為保證建筑物的安全使用,保護(hù)公民的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,采用科學(xué)的方法對(duì)工程質(zhì)量問題及加固技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究十分必要。首先,本文分析了混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)常見的工程質(zhì)量問題,采用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法(ISM)對(duì)影響混凝土框架柱工程質(zhì)量的18個(gè)因素建立解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型圖。在西安市某在建混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷柱的檢測及加固工程中采用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法對(duì)該框架柱工程質(zhì)量問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析。其次,結(jié)合工程特點(diǎn)采用完全卸荷的缺陷柱置換混凝土加固方案,在施工中采用自主設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)變測試支撐系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)柱的完全卸荷,并闡述了完全卸荷的置換混凝土加固法施工過程并總結(jié)了施工要點(diǎn)。最后,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件SAP2000對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)在加固前后的受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比。通過對(duì)加固施工過程中的應(yīng)變監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)分析,表明該加固技術(shù)及施工方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了柱的完全卸荷;通過對(duì)施工過程中支撐結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)變的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控提高了施工的安全性。該加固方法及其支撐系統(tǒng)安全可靠,可為類似工程提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's construction industry has been prosperous and developed.However, behind the prosperous development is the frequent occurrence of construction engineering quality problems, which has become the focus of attention.In order to ensure the safe use of buildings and protect the life and property of citizens, it is necessary to study the engineering quality problems and reinforcement techniques by scientific methods.Firstly, the common engineering quality problems of concrete frame structure are analyzed, and the explanatory structural model diagram of 18 factors affecting the engineering quality of concrete frame column is established by using the method of explanatory structure model (ISM).In the detection and reinforcement of defective columns of a concrete frame structure in Xi'an, the causes of the engineering quality problems of the frame columns are analyzed by using the method of explanatory structure model.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the project, the replacement concrete reinforcement scheme with completely unloaded defective columns is adopted, and the self-designed strain test support system is adopted to realize the complete unloading of the columns in construction.The construction process of replacement concrete reinforcement method with complete unloading is expounded and the main points of construction are summarized.Finally, the structural analysis software SAP2000 is used to analyze and compare the stress state of frame structure before and after reinforcement.Through the analysis of the strain monitoring data in the process of strengthening construction, it is shown that the reinforcement technique and construction method can realize the complete unloading of the columns, and the safety of the construction can be improved by the real-time monitoring of the strain of the supporting structure during the construction.The reinforcement method and its bracing system are safe and reliable, which can be used for reference and reference for similar projects.
