校企協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系下交叉學(xué)科人才培養(yǎng)模式研究——以湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程專業(yè)防水方向?yàn)槔?/H1>

【摘要】：湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)于2005年在國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)土木工程(防水材料與工程)專業(yè)方向,通過(guò)校企合作培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)防水行業(yè)發(fā)展需要的高層次應(yīng)用型人才。從辦學(xué)思路、人才培養(yǎng)模式及實(shí)施措施等方面介紹了防水專業(yè)的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),可為同類院校土建類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革提供參考。
[Abstract]:Hubei University of Technology (Hubei University of Technology) pioneered civil engineering (waterproof materials and engineering) professional direction in 2005, through the cooperation of universities and enterprises to train high-level applied talents to meet the needs of the development of waterproofing industry.This paper introduces the construction experience of waterproofing specialty from the aspects of the train of thought of running a school, the mode of personnel training and the implementing measures, etc., which can provide a reference for the reform of the training mode of civil engineering specialty in the same kind of colleges and universities.
