中美鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)比及工程應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:土建結(jié)構(gòu)工程不同于工藝系統(tǒng)設(shè)備安裝工程,在海外項(xiàng)目中往往面臨不同國(guó)家和業(yè)主的具體、差異化要求,工程設(shè)計(jì)和施工在溝通和確認(rèn)過程中困難較大。國(guó)內(nèi)工程人員非常有必要學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外規(guī)范,了解國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外規(guī)范的異同點(diǎn)。美國(guó)規(guī)范在美國(guó)政府指導(dǎo)支持下,通過行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、科研單位、高等院校、企業(yè)公司的研究推動(dòng),持續(xù)更新發(fā)展,反映著行業(yè)領(lǐng)域最新的研究成果,是國(guó)際上被廣泛采用和接受的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)科研和工程人員具有很好的學(xué)習(xí)參考價(jià)值。本文就中美規(guī)范中國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)人員重點(diǎn)關(guān)心的一些內(nèi)容進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程進(jìn)行分析,主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)中美風(fēng)荷載設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)比,介紹對(duì)比了中美規(guī)范中風(fēng)荷載的基本定義、參數(shù)取值和設(shè)計(jì)方法。(2)中美抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)比,介紹對(duì)比了中美抗震設(shè)防水準(zhǔn),場(chǎng)地類別、建筑形體規(guī)則性及結(jié)構(gòu)體系、地震反應(yīng)譜參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震分析、抗震等級(jí)劃分、抗震縫設(shè)置及鋼框架抗震要求等內(nèi)容。(3)中美鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)比,介紹對(duì)比了中美鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范中軸心受壓構(gòu)件、受彎構(gòu)件及壓彎構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)方法。(4)按照中美規(guī)范要求,使用國(guó)際通用結(jié)構(gòu)分析設(shè)計(jì)程序STAAD進(jìn)行了完整的工程算例計(jì)算對(duì)比。綜合考慮了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的荷載組合、材料強(qiáng)度、計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度、規(guī)范檢驗(yàn)等因素,對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中常用的梁、柱、支撐構(gòu)件分別給出了對(duì)比統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),給出了中美鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全度水平的差異結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The civil structure engineering is different from the process system equipment installation project, in the overseas project often faces the different countries and the owner's concrete, the difference request, the engineering design and the construction in the communication and the confirmation process is difficult.It is very necessary for domestic engineers to study foreign codes and understand the similarities and differences between them.With the guidance and support of the US government, the US norms are continuously updated and developed through the research of industry associations, scientific research institutions, institutions of higher learning, and enterprise companies, reflecting the latest research results in the field of the industry.It is a standard system widely adopted and accepted in the world. It has good reference value for domestic scientific research and engineering personnel.In this paper, the author compares some important contents of Chinese and American codes that designers are concerned about in China, and analyzes them in combination with actual projects. The main contents include comparison of wind load design codes between China and the United States, and the basic definition of stroke load in Chinese and American codes is introduced and compared.The comparison between Chinese and American codes for seismic design is presented, including the level of seismic fortification, the category of site, the regularity of building form, the structural system, the parameters of seismic response spectrum, the seismic analysis of structures and the classification of seismic grade.Comparing the design codes of steel structures between China and the United States, the design methods of axial compression members, flexural members and compression bending members in the code for steel structures in China and the United States are introduced and compared according to the requirements of the Chinese and American codes.A complete engineering example is calculated and compared by using the international general structural analysis and design program STAAD.Considering the factors of load combination, material strength, calculation length, code inspection and so on in steel structure design, the comparative statistical data of beam, column and bracing members commonly used in steel structure design are given respectively.The difference of safety level of steel structure design between China and America is given.
