【摘要】:位于大連凌水灣某住宅群的5棟高層住宅均為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。A1#、A2#樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為149.25m,屬于B級高度超限高層建筑。詳細介紹了A1#超限設計的主要內(nèi)容,性能化的抗震設計方法分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)可以滿足預定的抗震性能目標,同時對處于巖石地基且埋深較淺的A3#、A4#樓整體抗傾覆設計進行了闡述。
[Abstract]:The five high-rise buildings in a residential group in Lingshuiwan, Dalian are all cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structures. The height of A1#A2# building is 149.25m. it belongs to class B high-rise buildings.The main contents of the A1# over-limit design are introduced in detail. The results of the performance-based seismic design method show that the structure can meet the intended seismic performance objectives.At the same time, the overall overturning design of A _ 3 #Hu A- building with shallow buried depth on rock foundation is described.
