【摘要】：人口老齡化已逐漸成為我國重要的社會問題,現有的城市養(yǎng)老機構已無法滿足老年人日益增長的健康養(yǎng)生需求,老年人渴望自然生態(tài)的養(yǎng)老環(huán)境,回歸鄉(xiāng)村成為老年人養(yǎng)生的新選擇。同時,我國作為農業(yè)大國具有豐富的農業(yè)和自然景觀資源,有利于發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)。將老年養(yǎng)生與休閑農業(yè)產業(yè)相結合,不僅是發(fā)展中國特色的老年養(yǎng)生服務產業(yè),解決人口老齡化問題的現實途徑；也是調整農村產業(yè)結構,促進農民增收和新農村建設的有效手段。本文運用文獻歸納法、調查分析法和實證研究法,探討適合老年人養(yǎng)生的休閑農業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃方法,主要研究結果如下：(1)通過對長沙及其周邊地區(qū)部分休閑農業(yè)園和養(yǎng)老機構景觀環(huán)境的調查,發(fā)現養(yǎng)生文化功能缺失；人性化設計欠考慮;功能空間劃分不明確；生態(tài)設計欠科學；景觀識別性較差等問題,并針對上述問題提出了相應解決方法。(2)通過對城市老年人養(yǎng)生習慣、需求及意愿的問卷調查,得出須加強老年養(yǎng)生景觀多樣化,注重加強農業(yè)和植物景觀的營建等規(guī)劃思路。在此基礎上,歸納了老年人心理、生理和行為上的需求特點并提出了相應的規(guī)劃對策。(3)運用景觀生態(tài)學、環(huán)境心理學、園藝療法、中國傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生理論,針對老年人需求特點和農村經濟發(fā)展的現實要求,提出了以“生產、生活、生態(tài)、生命”四生理念為指導的休閑農業(yè)園老年養(yǎng)生景觀規(guī)劃模式。(4)提出基于老年養(yǎng)生需求的休閑農業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃應遵循以人為本、因地制宜、自然生態(tài)、整體協(xié)調的原則。整體規(guī)劃上根據“四生”規(guī)劃理念將園區(qū)劃為農業(yè)生產區(qū)、服務體驗區(qū)、觀光休閑區(qū)及養(yǎng)生保健區(qū),對地形、道路、植物、水體、建筑小品、農業(yè)景觀等分項規(guī)劃要點進行了闡述,并整理了常用養(yǎng)生保健植物名錄可供參考。(5)對湖南汝城縣汝蓮休閑農業(yè)園景觀進行規(guī)劃,依據園區(qū)特色提出“禪茶養(yǎng)生”主題,在“四生”理念的指導下規(guī)劃了園區(qū)“二軸”、“三帶”、“多區(qū)”、“多點”的總體構架,充分發(fā)揮園區(qū)的多功能效益�；诶夏牮B(yǎng)生需求的休閑農業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃應立足農業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村自然資源,圍繞老年人健康養(yǎng)生主題,營造良好的鄉(xiāng)村田園老年養(yǎng)生環(huán)境,為城鄉(xiāng)經濟一體化發(fā)展探索新的模式。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population has gradually become an important social problem in our country. The existing urban old-age care institutions can no longer meet the growing health needs of the elderly, and the elderly yearn for a natural ecological environment for the aged.Returning to the countryside has become a new choice for the elderly to maintain their health.At the same time, as a large agricultural country, China has abundant agricultural and natural landscape resources, which is conducive to the development of leisure agriculture.Combining the health care of the elderly with the leisure agriculture industry is not only a realistic way to develop the health care industry with Chinese characteristics and solve the problem of aging population, but also to adjust the rural industrial structure.The effective means of promoting farmers' income increase and new rural construction.In this paper, using the method of literature induction, investigation and empirical research, this paper discusses the landscape planning method of leisure agricultural garden suitable for the elderly to keep in good health.The main results are as follows: (1) through the investigation of the landscape environment of some leisure agricultural parks and pension institutions in Changsha and its surrounding areas, it is found that the function of health preservation culture is missing; the humanization design is not considered; the division of functional space is not clear;The ecological design is not scientific, the landscape recognition is poor, and the corresponding solution to the above problems is put forward. Based on the questionnaire survey on the health habits, needs and wishes of the elderly in urban areas, it is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the diversity of the landscape for the elderly.Pay attention to strengthen agriculture and plant landscape construction and other planning ideas.On this basis, the characteristics of psychological, physiological and behavioral needs of the elderly are summarized and the corresponding planning countermeasures are put forward. (3) using landscape ecology, environmental psychology, horticultural therapy, Chinese traditional theory of health preservation.In view of the characteristics of the needs of the elderly and the realistic requirements of rural economic development, this paper puts forward the idea of "production, living, ecology,"The landscape planning model of the leisure agriculture garden based on the idea of "four lives" proposed that the landscape planning of the leisure agricultural garden based on the needs of the elderly should follow the principles of people-oriented, local conditions, natural ecology and overall coordination.According to the "four Health" planning concept, the park will be divided into agricultural production area, service experience area, sightseeing and leisure area and health care area, topographic, road, plant, water body, architectural sketch,The main points of itemized planning, such as agricultural landscape, were expounded, and the list of common health care plants was arranged for reference. 5) the landscape of Rulian leisure agricultural garden in Rucheng County, Hunan Province was planned. According to the characteristics of the park, the theme of "Zen tea health preservation" was put forward.Under the guidance of the concept of "four students", the overall framework of "two axes", "three belts", "multi-district" and "multi-point" of the park is planned to give full play to the multi-functional benefits of the park.The landscape planning of leisure agricultural garden based on the needs of the elderly should be based on agriculture and rural natural resources, build a good rural rural environment for the elderly to maintain their health, and explore a new model for the integration of urban and rural economy.
