玄武巖纖維混凝土斷裂性能實驗研究

【摘要】:為探討玄武巖纖維混凝土的斷裂性能,對31組相對切口深度為0.4的玄武巖纖維混凝土試件進行了三點彎曲實驗,分析了玄武巖纖維混凝土的裂紋擴展過程,從斷裂韌度、斷裂能和延性指數(shù)三個方面對玄武巖纖維混凝土的斷裂性能進行評價,探討了玄武巖纖維對混凝土斷裂性能的影響機理。結(jié)果表明:摻入適量纖維可以有效提高混凝土的斷裂韌度、斷裂能和延性指數(shù),但這種提高與纖維特征系數(shù)不成線性關(guān)系。纖維對混凝土的斷裂性能同時存在增強和削弱兩種影響。通過引入以纖維特征系數(shù)為變量的削弱系數(shù)和削弱函數(shù),獲得了較高精度的各斷裂參數(shù)關(guān)于纖維長徑比和體積率的表達式,提出了玄武巖纖維混凝土的配比優(yōu)化方案,可為玄武纖維混凝土的斷裂性能研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the fracture properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete, 31 groups of basalt fiber reinforced concrete specimens with relative notch depth of 0.4 were subjected to three-point bending test. The crack propagation process of basalt fiber reinforced concrete was analyzed, and the fracture toughness was analyzed. The fracture properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete are evaluated from three aspects of fracture energy and ductility index. The influence mechanism of basalt fiber on the fracture properties of concrete is discussed. The results show that adding appropriate amount of fiber can effectively improve the fracture toughness, fracture energy and ductility index of concrete. However, there is no linear relationship between the increase and the fiber characteristic coefficient. There are two kinds of effects of fiber on the fracture properties of concrete. By introducing the weakening coefficient and weakening function with fiber characteristic coefficient as variable, The expressions of the ratio of fiber length to diameter and volume rate of each fracture parameter with high accuracy are obtained, and the optimization scheme of basalt fiber reinforced concrete is put forward, which can be used as a reference for the study of the fracture properties of Black Tortoise fiber reinforced concrete.
