濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:中東鐵路特色旅游一直以來都是黑龍江省旅游的重點宣傳內(nèi)容之一,濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游資源已進行了一定規(guī)模的開發(fā),目前已形成一批比較成熟的旅游產(chǎn)品。但是旅游整體發(fā)展水平仍然較低,沿線雖然分布大量的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源,但僅有少數(shù)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源進行了旅游開發(fā),且旅游熱點集中在少數(shù)幾條旅游線路,個別旅游中心城市及其周邊地區(qū),這導致了區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展不平衡。為了整合區(qū)域旅游資源和促進區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,運用問卷調(diào)查法、田野調(diào)查法、層次分析法和德爾菲法等研究方法對濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究。以濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源為研究對象,以濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)為研究內(nèi)容,空間研究范圍覆蓋中東鐵路濱綏線沿線城鎮(zhèn),時間研究范圍自十九世紀末中東鐵路建設至1952年中東鐵路回歸。以點——軸系統(tǒng)理論、旅游中心地理論和核心——邊緣理論為研究理論,從旅游中心城鎮(zhèn)、旅游圈和旅游線路三方面構(gòu)建濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)。文章第一步從旅游資源、旅游交通和旅游市場三方面分析濱綏線中東鐵路旅游現(xiàn)狀,并通過調(diào)查問卷了解游客對中東鐵路工業(yè)旅游的需求。第二步運用定量分析的方法對中東鐵路濱綏線旅游節(jié)點城鎮(zhèn)等級進行分析。通過調(diào)研整理濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)清單,并總結(jié)濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源特色,對濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源點的旅游開發(fā)價值進行評價,篩選出具有開發(fā)潛力的旅游資源。建立中東鐵路濱綏線旅游節(jié)點城鎮(zhèn)等級評價體系,從旅游資源、游客需求、城鎮(zhèn)之間的交通可達性以及城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平四個方面收集數(shù)據(jù)并分析,運用德爾菲法和層次分析法評價得出旅游節(jié)點城鎮(zhèn)等級,并確定旅游中心城鎮(zhèn)。第三步對濱綏線中東鐵路濱工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)進行組織。運用引力模型分析旅游節(jié)點城鎮(zhèn)之間的旅游聯(lián)系度,根據(jù)旅游節(jié)點城鎮(zhèn)之間旅游聯(lián)系的強弱劃分旅游圈。通過計算每個旅游中心城鎮(zhèn)的旅游聯(lián)系度的平均值,分析旅游中心城鎮(zhèn)的輻射能力。分析濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游線路規(guī)劃的影響因素,綜合規(guī)劃旅游線路。最終確定濱綏線中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)是“一帶、雙核、三圈”。
[Abstract]:Tourism with Middle East railway characteristics has always been one of the key propaganda contents of tourism in Heilongjiang Province. The tourism resources of the industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Line have been developed on a certain scale. At present, a number of relatively mature tourism products have been formed. However, the overall level of tourism development is still relatively low. Although a large number of industrial heritage resources are distributed along the route, only a few industrial heritage resources have been developed for tourism. Moreover, the hot spots of tourism are concentrated in a few tourist routes, individual tourist center cities and their surrounding areas, which leads to the imbalance of regional tourism development. In order to integrate regional tourism resources and promote regional tourism economic development, a questionnaire survey method is used. Field investigation, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method are used to study the tourism spatial structure of the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage along the Binsui Line. Taking the tourism spatial structure of the industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Railway Line as the research content, the spatial research scope covers the towns along the Binsui Railway Line in the Middle East. The research scope of time is from the end of the 19th century to the return of the Middle East railway in 1952. Taking the theory of point-axis system, the theory of tourism center and the theory of core edge as the research theory, from the tourism center town, The first step of this paper is to analyze the present situation of Middle East railway tourism in Binsui Line from three aspects: tourism resources, tourism transportation and tourism market. The second step is to use the quantitative analysis method to analyze the grade of the tourist node towns of the Middle East Railway Binsui Line, and through the investigation and research to sort out the list of the Middle East Railway Industry Heritage of Binsui Line. It also summarizes the characteristics of the industrial heritage resources of the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Line, and evaluates the tourism development value of the industrial heritage sites in the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Line. The tourism resources with the potential to be exploited are screened out, and the evaluation system of the tourist node towns of the Middle East Railway Binsui Line is established, which is based on the tourist resources and tourist demand. Through collecting and analyzing the data from four aspects of urban transportation accessibility and the level of urban economic development, using Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the urban level of tourism nodes, The third step is to organize the tourism spatial structure of the industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Line, and use the gravity model to analyze the tourism connection degree between the tourist nodes and towns. The tourism circle is divided according to the intensity of the tourism connection between the tourist nodes and towns. By calculating the average tourism connection degree of each tourist center town, This paper analyzes the radiation capacity of the tourist center towns, analyzes the factors influencing the planning of the industrial heritage tourism routes of the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Line, and synthetically plans the tourist routes. Finally, it is determined that the spatial structure of the industrial heritage tourism of the Middle East Railway along the Binsui Line is "the belt, the double nucleus," Three laps.
