開(kāi)孔單板層積材破壞模式分析及膠合板強(qiáng)化法

【摘要】:對(duì)單板層積材(LVL)擱柵進(jìn)行三點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn),分析并對(duì)比開(kāi)孔擱柵及未開(kāi)孔擱柵的破壞模式,研究在孔洞周?chē)褂冕斀幽z合板進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化的方法,評(píng)估釘接膠合板的強(qiáng)化效果。結(jié)果表明:開(kāi)孔嚴(yán)重影響擱柵的力學(xué)性能,且隨著孔徑的增大,承載能力減幅明顯;在孔洞周?chē)褂冕斀幽z合板強(qiáng)化法,提高了擱柵的承載能力;增加膠合板厚度和釘子數(shù)量,擱柵的承載性能整體呈上升趨勢(shì);膠合板對(duì)開(kāi)孔擱柵的強(qiáng)化能力取決于兩者間的有效貼合程度。
[Abstract]:The three-point bending test of LVL joist is carried out, and the failure modes of open joist and unperforated joist are analyzed and compared, and the method of strengthening the perforated joist with plywood around the hole is studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of joist are seriously affected by opening hole, and the bearing capacity decreases obviously with the increase of aperture, and the bearing capacity of joist is improved by using the strengthening method of nail plywood around the hole. By increasing the thickness of plywood and the number of nails, the load-bearing performance of joist increases, and the strengthening ability of plywood to open joist depends on the effective fit between them.
