磺化三聚氰胺-水楊酸-甲醛樹脂高效減水劑的研制

【摘要】:以三聚氰胺(M)、水楊酸(SA)和甲醛(F)為原料,亞硫酸氫鈉(SB)為磺化劑,采用四步合成法制備了SMSAF(磺化三聚氰胺-水楊酸-甲醛樹脂)高效減水劑。系統(tǒng)探討了合成工藝條件對(duì)SMSAF減水劑分散性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)n(M)∶n(SA)∶n(F)∶n(SB)=1∶0.1∶3.9∶1.3,羥甲基化階段的反應(yīng)溫度為70℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1 h和p H為8.5,磺化階段的反應(yīng)溫度為85℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3 h和p H為12,酸性縮聚階段的反應(yīng)溫度為60℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1 h和p H為4,堿性重整階段的反應(yīng)溫度為85℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1 h和p H為8.5時(shí),合成的SMSAF減水劑綜合性能良好;當(dāng)w(SMSAF)=1.0%(相對(duì)于水泥質(zhì)量而言)時(shí),混凝土體系具有良好的分散性,水泥凈漿初始流動(dòng)度(達(dá)249 mm)相對(duì)最大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, melamine (M), salicylate (SA) and formaldehyde (F) were used as raw materials and sodium bisulfite (SBSO) as sulfonating agent. SMSAF (sulfonated melamine salicylic acid-formaldehyde resin) superplasticizer was prepared by a four step synthesis method. The effects of synthetic conditions on the dispersity of SMSAF water reducer were systematically discussed.
