【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,人與自然的矛盾日趨嚴重,重經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、輕生態(tài)環(huán)境保護與治理的現(xiàn)象屢見不鮮,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題已經(jīng)成為社會進步的最大障礙。傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃以促進經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展為根本出發(fā)點,無法滿足新形勢下的發(fā)展需要。因此,為適應(yīng)新形勢下經(jīng)濟、社會、自然平衡發(fā)展的需求,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探討復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃理論及3S技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,試圖豐富和完善現(xiàn)有理論和技術(shù)體系。本文采用調(diào)查研究、文獻研究、定性定量分析、實證研究等方法,首先對復(fù)合生態(tài)空間和復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃理論進行了探討,并以此為基礎(chǔ)在理論上分析了3S技術(shù)在復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用。以安仁縣為例,通過地理數(shù)據(jù)庫建立、GPS現(xiàn)場踏勘、遙感影像收集、基于3S技術(shù)的生態(tài)環(huán)境分析與評價等,并在3S技術(shù)支持下,實現(xiàn)安仁縣復(fù)合生態(tài)空間優(yōu)化布局。最后對安仁縣復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃的生態(tài)安全格局、空間發(fā)展格局、生態(tài)空間保護與發(fā)展策略、規(guī)劃管理等內(nèi)容進行了簡要分析。研究表明：本文提出的復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃理論是對現(xiàn)有理論體系的豐富和完善；3S技術(shù)是復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)平臺,可應(yīng)用于復(fù)合生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃的各個階段；在3S技術(shù)支持下,以現(xiàn)狀生態(tài)環(huán)境分析為基礎(chǔ),進行生態(tài)空間保護與發(fā)展優(yōu)化布局切實可行；以3S技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的規(guī)劃管理具有實際應(yīng)用的必要性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the contradiction between man and nature is becoming more and more serious. The phenomenon of attaching importance to economic development and neglecting the protection and management of ecological environment is common. The problem of ecological environment has become the biggest obstacle to social progress. The traditional planning takes the promotion of rapid economic development as the basic starting point and cannot meet the needs of development under the new situation. Therefore, in order to adapt to the new economic situation, the society, On the basis of previous studies, this paper discusses the application of the theory of complex ecological space planning and 3s technology in order to enrich and perfect the existing theory and technology system. Qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical research and other methods, first of all, the theory of complex ecological space and complex ecological space planning are discussed. Taking Anren County as an example, GPS field survey, remote sensing image collection, ecological environment analysis and evaluation based on 3s technology are established. Finally, the ecological security pattern, spatial development pattern, ecological space protection and development strategy of Anren County compound ecological space planning are discussed. The contents of planning and management are briefly analyzed. The research shows that the theory of compound ecological space planning is the basic technology platform of complex ecological space planning, which enriches and perfects the existing theoretical system. Under the support of 3s technology, based on the analysis of the current ecological environment, it is feasible to protect and optimize the layout of ecological space. The planning management based on 3s technology has the necessity and feasibility of practical application.
