【摘要】：實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄鍍鋅鋼板和冷軋鋼板在不同實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境下的變色痕跡,分析6個(gè)主要因素對(duì)其的影響,如材料類型、加熱方式、加熱溫度等。使用顏色特征和梯度特征對(duì)金屬變色痕跡圖像進(jìn)行特征提取和表達(dá)。使用支持向量機(jī)方法進(jìn)行金屬變色痕跡圖像分類識(shí)別。在此基礎(chǔ)上編寫程序?qū)饘僮兩圹E圖像進(jìn)行識(shí)別分類。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)金屬變色痕跡特征的快速準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別。
[Abstract]:Color traces of galvanized steel sheet and cold rolled steel plate were recorded in different experimental conditions, analyzed 6 main factors influencing on it, such as the type of material, heating mode, heating temperature. The use of color and gradient features of trace metal color image feature extraction and expression. Using the method of support vector machine for metal color marks image classification and recognition. Based on the program of recognition and classification of metal color mark image. The experimental results show that this method can achieve fast and accurate recognition of metal color marks.
