【摘要】：作為城市重要的子系統(tǒng),大學(xué)校園對城市發(fā)展和景觀形象具有重要意義。校園景觀不僅承載著教書育人的功能,也是城市景觀中特色鮮明的重要類型。然而,高密度的校園建設(shè),在建筑用地、戶外活動、景觀環(huán)境、生態(tài)環(huán)境等方面存在著難以調(diào)和的資源壓力,易導(dǎo)致快餐式的校園景觀,無法避免出現(xiàn)景觀形象缺乏特色、校園滿意率低等問題。本研究以哈工大主校區(qū)為研究案例,通過訪談和問卷的方式,收集使用者對校園景觀的需求、評價及偏好等信息,分析校園景觀更新的構(gòu)成元素和影響因素,通過具體的設(shè)計方案,提出寒地校園的景觀更新策略。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)氣候、活動和特色對校園的物質(zhì)元素、空間元素和文化元素有直接的影響,制約著要素選擇、空間構(gòu)成和特色表達。問卷調(diào)查的統(tǒng)計結(jié)果也證實了使用者對在綠化、水環(huán)境、戶外活動和景觀特色四個方面的評價過程中,對要素、空間和文化有著強烈的需求和不同的偏好。根據(jù)理論研究的成果,本文從使用者需求出發(fā),結(jié)合哈工大主校區(qū)自身特點,提出了開放性、適寒性、多樣性的校園景觀更新原則,并從營造友好的微氣候環(huán)境、滿足多元需求的彈性景觀和構(gòu)建內(nèi)涵豐富的文化景觀三個層面,進行了方案創(chuàng)作,涉及的內(nèi)容有適寒空間、雨雪處理、休憩設(shè)施、公共空間、綠植設(shè)計、校園文化、冰雪文化和生態(tài)文化等內(nèi)容。研究成果將為高密度的城市校園景觀提供參考,通過增設(shè)設(shè)施、復(fù)合利用等方式,解決有限空間和需求多元之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:As an important subsystem of the city, university campus plays an important role in urban development and landscape image. Campus landscape not only carries the function of teaching and educating people, but also is an important type with distinctive characteristics in urban landscape. High density campus construction, in building land, outdoor activities, landscape environment, ecological environment and other aspects of difficult to reconcile the resource pressure, easy to lead to fast-food campus landscape, can not avoid the lack of features of the landscape image, This study takes the main campus of Harbin Polytechnic University as a case study to collect the information of users' needs, evaluation and preference of campus landscape by means of interviews and questionnaires. This paper analyzes the elements and influencing factors of campus landscape renewal, puts forward the strategy of landscape renewal in cold area through the concrete design scheme, and finds out the material elements of climate, activities and characteristics to campus. Spatial elements and cultural elements have a direct impact, restricting the choice of elements, spatial composition and expression of characteristics. The statistical results of the questionnaire also confirmed the users' views on greening, water environment, In the evaluation process of outdoor activities and landscape characteristics, there is a strong demand and different preference for elements, space and culture. According to the results of theoretical research, this paper starts from the needs of users and combines the characteristics of the main campus of Harbin Polytechnic University. This paper puts forward the principle of campus landscape renewal, which is open, suitable for cold and diverse, and designs the scheme from three aspects: creating friendly microclimate environment, meeting the flexible landscape of multiple demands and constructing cultural landscape with rich connotation. The contents involved include suitable cold space, rain and snow treatment, rest facilities, public space, green plant design, campus culture, ice and snow culture and ecological culture. Compound utilization and other ways to solve the contradiction between limited space and multiple needs.
