【摘要】：藝術(shù)心理治療是指以藝術(shù)為主要媒介的非言語(yǔ)性心理治療方式。藝術(shù)心理治療中,來(lái)訪(fǎng)者通過(guò)對(duì)藝術(shù)作品的創(chuàng)造及對(duì)藝術(shù)作品和整個(gè)創(chuàng)作過(guò)程的反思,充分表達(dá)自己,深刻地體驗(yàn)內(nèi)在自我,感受和經(jīng)驗(yàn)自身內(nèi)在的情感并產(chǎn)生自由豐富的聯(lián)想,使?jié)撘庾R(shí)中被隱藏和掩蓋的心理內(nèi)容得以顯現(xiàn),并在治療師的引導(dǎo)和幫助下進(jìn)行分析判別。藝術(shù)心理治療過(guò)程的實(shí)施,能夠促使個(gè)體獲得情感上的協(xié)調(diào)與穩(wěn)定,提高其內(nèi)在覺(jué)察能力,進(jìn)而澄清模糊認(rèn)知,使心理障礙得以消除,自身人格獲得成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展。藝術(shù)起源于人類(lèi)自我表達(dá)的需要,藝術(shù)活動(dòng)本身就擁有調(diào)節(jié)身心關(guān)系的功能。遠(yuǎn)古時(shí)期的人們就已經(jīng)意識(shí)到藝術(shù)活動(dòng)對(duì)心靈具有的特殊作用,史前人類(lèi)的巖洞壁畫(huà)就可視作藝術(shù)心理治療的歷史萌發(fā)。二十世紀(jì)四十年代,藝術(shù)心理治療作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的專(zhuān)業(yè)與學(xué)科在西方開(kāi)始出現(xiàn),二十世紀(jì)五十年代至六十年代初得到確立。至今藝術(shù)心理治療已經(jīng)走過(guò)了半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展歷程,逐漸成為現(xiàn)代心理治療領(lǐng)域中一種具有廣泛作用和專(zhuān)業(yè)化的心理治療方式。鑒于對(duì)“藝術(shù)”這一概念理解的差異性,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)藝術(shù)心理治療的定義有廣義與狹義之分。廣義的藝術(shù)心理治療泛指以音樂(lè)、美術(shù)、戲劇影視、舞蹈、沙盤(pán)游戲等各種不同藝術(shù)活動(dòng)作為介質(zhì)的心理治療方式;狹義的藝術(shù)心理治療是指以視覺(jué)類(lèi)藝術(shù)形式,尤其是以繪畫(huà)為媒介的心理治療形式。本文所用是廣義上的藝術(shù)心理治療概念。藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境是藝術(shù)心理治療得以展開(kāi)的基本場(chǎng)所,它包括場(chǎng)所中一切物質(zhì)條件及由這些物質(zhì)的特性所營(yíng)造的氛圍。藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境是治療師與來(lái)訪(fǎng)者建構(gòu)良好治療關(guān)系的重要憑借,是來(lái)訪(fǎng)者借以敞開(kāi)自我,進(jìn)行自由表達(dá)、情感宣泄、進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)自我整合的基本條件,更是藝術(shù)心理治療的目的賴(lài)以實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本保障。良好的治療效果的實(shí)現(xiàn)離不開(kāi)完備的藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境。藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境中的各種因素,如空間的色彩、材質(zhì)、光線(xiàn)、聲音以及溫濕度等狀況都可能會(huì)使來(lái)訪(fǎng)者產(chǎn)生特定的生理反應(yīng)與心理感受,進(jìn)而影響到藝術(shù)心理治療的效果。本文認(rèn)為正是由于藝術(shù)心理治療是一種借助藝術(shù)介質(zhì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的心理治療形式,相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)心理咨詢(xún)與治療,它的治療效果對(duì)環(huán)境的特質(zhì)提出更高的要求,藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)值得被關(guān)注的重要課題。本文的基本思路由三個(gè)部分組成。首先,探討藝術(shù)心理治療的內(nèi)涵及特征,闡述治療環(huán)境因素對(duì)藝術(shù)心理治療的重要意義;其次,分析藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的基本構(gòu)成及其功能,在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納提煉藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)原則;最后,探討如何通過(guò)合理的設(shè)計(jì)和組織藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境中的空間、藝術(shù)媒材和家具等基本構(gòu)成要素,有效地設(shè)置治療環(huán)境,通過(guò)合理的治療環(huán)境改變和誘導(dǎo)來(lái)訪(fǎng)者的心理和行為,從而促進(jìn)治療進(jìn)程的展開(kāi)并達(dá)到最佳的治療效果。按此思路,全文共分四章:第一章主要探討了藝術(shù)心理治療及其特征、影響藝術(shù)心理治療效果的環(huán)境因素以及藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的基本構(gòu)成;第二章對(duì)藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的功能進(jìn)行分析。分別對(duì)藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境對(duì)來(lái)訪(fǎng)者、治療師以及治療目的的實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能作了相應(yīng)探討;第三章則在前文分析論證的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)提出了藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則:安全性原則、專(zhuān)業(yè)性原則、針對(duì)性原則以及藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)性原則;第四章為藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思示例。列舉藝術(shù)心理治療的主要治療形式所對(duì)應(yīng)的治療環(huán)境,結(jié)合藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)原則以及影響藝術(shù)心理治療效果的環(huán)境因素,對(duì)繪畫(huà)治療、音樂(lè)治療以及沙盤(pán)游戲治療這幾個(gè)不同類(lèi)別的藝術(shù)心理治療環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思進(jìn)行分析探討。

Art therapy has been developing for more than half a century, has become a widely used and professional psychological treatment field of modern psychotherapy. In view of the different understanding of the concept of "art", the academic circles of the definition of art therapy has broad and narrow sense. Art therapy refers to the generalized to music, art, drama and film dance, sandplay and other various artistic activities as a psychological treatment medium; art therapy refers to the narrow view Feel kind of art form, especially the psychological treatment in the form of painting as a medium. This is the generalized concept of art therapy. Art therapy is environmental art therapy to the basic premise, it includes the place of all the material conditions and atmosphere created by the properties of these materials. The art of psychological treatment environment is an important visitor with the therapist and establish good therapeutic relationship, is open to visitors, for the freedom of expression, emotion, and the realization of the basic conditions of self integration, is the basic guarantee for the purpose of art therapy depends on realizing. To achieve good treatment effect cannot do without complete art therapy. Various factors of art therapy in the environment such as space, color, material, light, sound, temperature and humidity conditions may make the visitor to specific students Physical and psychological reaction, thereby affecting the art therapy effect. It is the art of psychotherapy is a kind of art with medium to achieve the form of psychological therapy, compared with the traditional psychological counseling and treatment, its curative effect on environmental quality put forward higher requirements, the design of art therapy environment is an important topic worthy of attention. The basic idea of this paper is composed of three parts. Firstly, explore the connotation and characteristics of art therapy, this treatment of environmental factors on the importance of art therapy; second, analysis of the basic structure and function of art therapy environment, on the basis of summarizing the design principles of refined art the psychological treatment of the environment; finally, discusses how to through the reasonable design and organization of art therapy in the environment of space, art materials and furniture and other basic elements Plain, effectively setting treatment environment, through reasonable treatment of environmental change and induced visitor's psychology and behavior, so as to promote the treatment process and to achieve the best therapeutic effect. According to this idea, the paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly discusses the art of psychotherapy and its characteristics, environmental factors of art therapy the effect of art therapy and basic composition of the environment; the second chapter on the function of art therapy environment were analyzed. Of art therapy environment for visitors, to achieve the function and purpose of treatment therapist makes a corresponding discussion; the third chapter based on the previous discussion, puts forward the basic principles of art psychology the treatment of environmental design: safety principle, professional principle, pertinence principle and artistic principle; the fourth chapter is the design of art therapy in environment Cases. Lists correspond to the main form of treatment of art therapy in the treatment of the environment, environmental factors combined with the art therapy environment design principles and effects of art therapy effect on painting, treatment, design conception of music therapy and sandplay therapy that several different categories of art therapy environment is discussed.
