阻尼填充墻高性能砂漿阻尼層性能試驗(yàn)研究與理論研究

【摘要】:框架填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)是建筑中采用較多的一種結(jié)構(gòu)體系。研究調(diào)查表明,雖然在抗震設(shè)計(jì)中填充墻為非承重構(gòu)件,但其自身的抗震性能及其對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)承載力、剛度及其變形性能的影響卻不容忽視,因此忽略填充墻對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)的影響并不總安全。汶川地震中框架結(jié)構(gòu)的填充墻發(fā)生明顯的破壞,非結(jié)構(gòu)性構(gòu)件的地震安全性引起了更多學(xué)者的重視。本文在阻尼填充墻框架的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)阻尼層所采用的材料和構(gòu)造形式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,得到了一種新型的高阻尼填充墻框架。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有:(1)設(shè)計(jì)了一種以高阻尼砂漿為阻尼層的阻尼單元構(gòu)造方案。高阻尼砂漿阻尼層性能研究試驗(yàn)通過分別摻加不同比例的苯丙乳液(A)、丁苯乳液(B)來配制阻尼層,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行擬靜力試驗(yàn),對(duì)比研究了高性能砂漿阻尼層試件的滯回耗能、變形能力、剛度特性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:阻尼填充墻高性能砂漿阻尼層具有較好的耗能能力和水平剪切變形能力。高性能砂漿阻尼層隨著聚合物摻量的增加,砂漿層變形能力和阻尼性能得到提高,耗能增多,試件的滯回曲線飽滿,但強(qiáng)度有所降低。采用高性能砂漿作阻尼層的阻尼填充墻是一種新型合理的方案。(2)采用了對(duì)高阻尼砂漿阻尼層性能試驗(yàn)研究的成果,設(shè)計(jì)了一榀單層單跨的新型高阻尼填充墻框架試件,并改進(jìn)了阻尼層的構(gòu)造方式,采用上下錯(cuò)縫的形式,進(jìn)行了低周往復(fù)試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:上下錯(cuò)縫形式的阻尼層可以增加其變形能力,同時(shí)高阻尼砂漿與砌體單元之間的粘結(jié)性能更好。在外荷載作用下,高阻尼填充墻框架的滯回曲線更為飽滿,耗能能力更強(qiáng)。(3)本文采用了大型通用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS對(duì)新型高阻尼填充墻框架進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬和參數(shù)分析,結(jié)果表明:模擬滯回曲線和骨架曲線與試驗(yàn)值吻合良好;隨阻尼層厚度的增加,高阻尼填充墻框架的承載力和延性都得到提高,滯回曲線逐漸飽滿,但改善能力有限;隨著軸W'比的增大,高阻尼填充墻框架的承載力明顯提高,但相應(yīng)的延性下降也較快。
[Abstract]:Infilled wall frame structure is used more and more in the building. Research shows that, although in the seismic design of the wall is filled with non bearing elements, but the seismic performance of its own and the main structure bearing capacity, stiffness and deformation properties of impact can not be ignored, thus ignoring the effect of infilled walls on frame structure is not always safe. The infilled frame structure in Wenchuan earthquake occurred obvious damage, seismic safety of non structural components has attracted more and more attention. Based on the damping of infilled frame, innovative materials and structural forms for the recovery of the damping layer, we obtain a new high damping filling wall frame. The main contents are: (1) the design of a high damping mortar layer damping scheme damping unit structure. Through the research on the properties of high damping layer mortar with different damping tests respectively. Emulsion ratio (A), styrene butadiene latex (B) for the preparation of damping layer, and the pseudo static test, comparative study of high performance mortar layer damping hysteretic energy dissipation, deformation capacity, stiffness characteristics. The experimental results show that the damping wall filled with high performance mortar layer has a damping energy dissipation capacity and the horizontal shear good deformation ability. High performance mortar damping layer increased with the amount of the polymer mortar layer, deformation capacity and damping properties were improved, energy consumption increased, the hysteretic curve is full, but the intensity decreased. The high performance mortar layer damping damping wall is a new type of reasonable scheme. (2) the experimental study on high performance mortar layer damping damping results, high damping of a single span design of infilled frame specimens, and improved the structure of the damping layer, the lower dislocation in the form of Experimental study on the low cycle reciprocating. The experimental results show that the joint damping layer forms on the wrong can increase the deformation capacity, and high damping between mortar and masonry units better adhesion property. Under load, high damping filled wall frame hysteretic curve is more full of energy dissipation ability. (3) in this paper by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS on the new high damping infilled frame were analyzed, and the parameters of numerical simulation results show that the simulated hysteretic curves and skeleton curves agree well with the experimental data; with the increase of thickness of the damping layer, high damping filled wall frame structure of the bearing capacity and ductility are improved, hysteretic curve gradually full, but the improvement ability is limited; with the increase of the ratio of the W'axis, the high damping capacity of filling wall frame is improved obviously, but the corresponding ductility decreases quickly.
