綠色建筑全壽命周期建設(shè)工程管理和評價體系研究

【摘要】:在環(huán)境污染、能源危機(jī)日漸嚴(yán)重的今天,人們的目光不在僅僅停留在對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、生活水平提高的層面上,越來越關(guān)注環(huán)境問題、能源問題、可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題。目前,世界各國政府對于生態(tài)資源的保護(hù)、人類社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展愈加重視,對于以破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境、資源消耗為代價的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展方式正在被制止,而建筑業(yè)是環(huán)境污染、能源消耗的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,所以建筑業(yè)的改革和創(chuàng)新也就成為了人們關(guān)注的問題。近些年來,建筑業(yè)一直在尋求行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展方式,開發(fā)新技術(shù)、引進(jìn)新型設(shè)備、環(huán)保材料等,其中綠色建筑的產(chǎn)生給建筑業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來了新的機(jī)遇。目前在全世界范圍內(nèi)綠色建筑的數(shù)量正在逐年增長,人們正在逐漸接受并且認(rèn)同綠色建筑,并且越來越多的建設(shè)單位和企業(yè)感受到綠色建筑的帶來的效益,人們對綠色建筑的要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也越來越嚴(yán)格。目前世界各國對于綠色建筑本身的能耗、設(shè)計、施工、評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等已經(jīng)形成體系,但對于綠色建筑的建設(shè)工程管理的方法、模式及對管理水平的評價卻較少涉及。綠色建筑因?yàn)橛衅涮厥庑?傳統(tǒng)工程管理的理論已不能滿足綠色建筑的管理要求,綠色建筑工程管理體系的缺失成為阻礙綠色建筑發(fā)展的一個重要因素。本文從綠色建筑的特殊性出發(fā),闡述了綠色建筑建設(shè)工程管理策劃、設(shè)計、施工、運(yùn)營各個階段的工作要點(diǎn),并從環(huán)境、資源、能源、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理六個方面構(gòu)建綠色建筑工程管理評價體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法確定了各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,最后運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析對管理評價方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,從而驗(yàn)證了方法的可行性,具體內(nèi)容為:第一部分緒論,主要是對本文研究的背景、目的和意義等進(jìn)行闡述,其次對國內(nèi)外目前相關(guān)方面的研究做了概述,并對本文研究采用的思路和技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行了介紹。第二部分綠色建筑全壽命周期管理理論的基礎(chǔ),分析了綠色建筑和綠色建筑工程管理與傳統(tǒng)建筑各自的特點(diǎn)及區(qū)別,并對實(shí)施全壽命周期的管理原因進(jìn)行了論述。第三部分綠色建筑全壽命周期建設(shè)工程管理研究,從綠色建筑的開發(fā)管理、設(shè)計管理、施工管理和運(yùn)營管理四個階段對工程管理的內(nèi)容、流程等進(jìn)行了深入的研究。第四部分綠色建筑建設(shè)工程管理評價體系的設(shè)計,本文主要從評價體系指標(biāo)的選擇、方法的選擇、權(quán)重的確定和最終評價體系設(shè)計等方面進(jìn)行評價體系的研究和確定。第五部分綠色建筑建設(shè)工程管理評價體系實(shí)證研究,本章節(jié)運(yùn)用了一個綠色建筑的項(xiàng)目實(shí)例對建立的評價體系進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。第六部分總結(jié),包括對文章研究的主要成果、研究存在的不足以及綠色建筑建設(shè)工程管理的一些思考。
[Abstract]:In today's environment pollution and energy crisis, people's eyes are not only on the level of economic growth and improvement of living standards, but also on environmental issues, energy issues, and sustainable development issues. At present, Governments all over the world pay more and more attention to the protection of ecological resources and the sustainable development of human society. The mode of economic and social development at the cost of destroying the ecological environment and consuming resources is being stopped, while the construction industry is environmental pollution. Energy consumption is one of the important industries, so the reform and innovation of the construction industry has become a concern. In recent years, the construction industry has been looking for the sustainable development of the industry, the development of new technologies, the introduction of new equipment. The emergence of green building brings new opportunities to the sustainable development of construction industry. At present, the number of green buildings in the world is increasing year by year, and people are gradually accepting and recognizing green buildings. And more and more construction units and enterprises feel the benefits brought about by green buildings, and the requirements and standards of green buildings are becoming more and more stringent. At present, the energy consumption, design and construction of green buildings in various countries in the world are becoming more and more stringent. The evaluation standard has formed a system, but the method, mode and evaluation of the management level of the green building construction project are seldom involved, because the green building has its particularity, The theory of traditional engineering management can no longer meet the management requirements of green building. The lack of management system of green building has become an important factor hindering the development of green building. This paper expounds the main points of management planning, design, construction and operation of green building construction project, and constructs the management evaluation system of green building engineering from six aspects: environment, resources, energy, technology, economy and management. Using AHP to determine the weight of each index, finally using the empirical analysis to verify the management evaluation method, so as to verify the feasibility of the method, the specific content is: the first part of the introduction, mainly on the background of this study, The purpose and significance of this paper are described. Secondly, the related research at home and abroad is summarized, and the train of thought and technical route adopted in this paper are introduced. The second part is the foundation of the life-cycle management theory of green building. This paper analyzes on the characteristics and differences between green building and green building engineering management and traditional building, and discusses the reasons for implementing the whole life cycle management. The contents and processes of engineering management are studied in four stages of green building development management, design management, construction management and operation management. The fourth part is the design of the evaluation system of green building construction project management. This article mainly from the evaluation system index selection, the method choice, the weight determination and the final appraisal system design and so on aspect carries on the appraisal system research and the determination. This chapter uses a project example of green building to verify the evaluation system. The sixth part summarizes the main achievements of the paper, the shortcomings of the study and some thoughts on the management of green building construction project.
