【摘要】：建筑業(yè)在西方國家被列為與鋼鐵、汽車工業(yè)并列的三大支柱性產業(yè)之一,是國民經濟的重要產業(yè)部門。我國自建國以來,一直將建筑業(yè)與工業(yè)、農業(yè)、交通運輸業(yè)、商業(yè)合稱“五大物質生產部門”。黨的十四大上,江澤民總書記提出要將機械電子、石油化工、汽車制造和建筑業(yè)作為振興國民經濟的四大支柱性產業(yè)。國民經濟持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,城市建設和城鎮(zhèn)化進程加快,為我國建筑業(yè)提供了新的發(fā)展機遇。但是這幾年來出現的“樓脆脆”、“樓歪歪”、“樓脫脫”“樓晃晃”、“樓斷斷”等一系列危害人民生命財產安全的事件,讓我國建筑企業(yè)的形象受到了極大的威脅。同時全球化的發(fā)展形勢也使我國的建筑企業(yè)面臨來自全球、更為激烈、更加嚴峻的競爭環(huán)境和挑戰(zhàn)�！鞍倌旯こ�,質量為本”,質量是建筑工程的根本,影響著工程的適用性、建筑企業(yè)的存亡,關系著人民生命財產安全及社會安定。那么我國建筑企業(yè)應該如何加強建筑質量管理,提高建筑質量?基于上述需求,本文以壽光市宏源酒文化書畫苑項目(以下簡稱壽光酒文化書畫苑)為研究對象,運用了文獻調查法、專家訪談法、實際調查法、歸納、分析與推理等研究方法,以期運用全面質量管理的理念提高建筑工程質量。第一部分緒論,介紹了本研究的研究背景,概括了國內外建筑工程項目質量管理的研究現狀,提出了本研究的研究思路、研究方法、技術路線和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分建筑工程項目質量管理相關理論,主要介紹了建筑上程項目質量管理的相關概念、特點、影響因素,重點研究了全面質量管理的相關理論,包括全面質量管理的概念、步驟和方法等。第三部分壽光酒文化書畫苑項目概況與質量管理方面存在的問題,介紹了該項目的概況及質量管理方面存在的問題,并指出了問題根源。第四部分壽光酒文化書畫苑項目全面質量管理的全因素管理,運用全面質量管理的五大因素理論分析了影響該項目質量的五大因素,結合存在的問題,提出了針對各個因素的解決方案。第五部分壽光酒文化書畫苑項目全面質量管理的全過程管理,對工程決策、工程勘察設計、施工建設、工程驗收的各個階段進行系統(tǒng)分析,結合存在的問題,提出了針對各個階段的解決方案。最后一部分結論與展望,對本研究進行了總結,對全面質量管理理論的發(fā)展與應用提出了展望。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has been listed as one of the three pillar industries in the western countries, and it is an important industrial department of the national economy. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the construction industry and industry, agriculture, transportation and transportation have been listed as one of the three pillar industries. At the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Jiang Zemin proposed that mechanical, electronic, petrochemical, automotive and construction industries should be regarded as the four major pillar industries for revitalizing the national economy. The national economy continued. Steady development, accelerated urban construction and urbanization, This has provided a new opportunity for the development of the construction industry in China. However, in the past few years, a series of incidents, such as "brittle buildings", "crooked buildings", "buildings taking off", "building shaking", "building breaking", and so on, have endangered the safety of people's lives and property. The image of Chinese construction enterprises has been greatly threatened. At the same time, with the development of globalization, our construction enterprises are facing a more competitive environment and challenges from all over the world. Quality is the foundation of construction engineering, and affects the applicability of construction. The survival of construction enterprises is related to the safety of people's lives and property and social stability. So how to strengthen the construction quality management in China's construction enterprises? Improving the quality of buildings? Based on the above requirements, this paper takes Shouguang Hongyuan Liquor Culture calligraphy and painting Garden Project (hereinafter referred to as Shouguang Liquor Culture calligraphy and painting Garden) as the research object, applies the literature investigation method, the expert interview method, the actual investigation method, summarizes, In order to improve the quality of construction engineering by using the concept of total quality management, the first part introduces the research background of this research, and summarizes the research status quo of quality management of construction projects at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the research ideas, research methods, technical routes and innovations of this study. The second part is related theories of quality management of construction projects, mainly introduces the related concepts, characteristics, influencing factors of quality management of construction projects. The related theories of TQM are mainly studied, including the concept, steps and methods of TQM. The third part is about the general situation of Shouguang Liquor Culture calligraphy and painting Project and the problems in quality management. This paper introduces the general situation of the project and the problems existing in quality management, and points out the root of the problem. 4th Total quality Management of Shouguang Liquor Culture calligraphy and painting Project, In this paper, five factors influencing the quality of the project are analyzed by using the theory of five factors of total quality management, and the existing problems are combined. This paper puts forward the solution for various factors. 5th part of the total quality management of Shouguang Liquor Culture calligraphy and painting Project is managed in the whole process. It systematically analyzes every stage of engineering decision-making, engineering investigation and design, construction construction, project acceptance and acceptance. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of this research are summarized, and the development and application of TQM theory are prospected.
