【摘要】：中國的城市發(fā)展迅速,大量陳舊的歷史建筑成為城市發(fā)展的一大難題,同時人們對能源消耗最嚴重的產(chǎn)業(yè),建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)注也逐漸上升,迫使政府將對歷史建筑的改造再利用以減少不必要的拆除重建行為的發(fā)展方式定位城市更新發(fā)展的策略。歷史建筑的改建涉及保護而顯得十分的繁雜,現(xiàn)有的建筑設計流程應用于歷史建筑改造項目時時常會出現(xiàn)各種問題,導致建筑類從業(yè)人員在設計過程中經(jīng)常反復進行設計,效率低下且工作量巨大。本文研究重點在于歷史建筑改造的流程問題,通過分析傳統(tǒng)的歷史建筑改造設計的流程,找出導致工作流程中出現(xiàn)大量重復工作的關(guān)鍵問題,并試圖通過對BIM技術(shù)的研究,特別是協(xié)同設計方面的研究,來需找解決問題的途徑,并驗證BIM技術(shù)在歷史建筑改造流程中使用的可行性,和具體的優(yōu)化措施。文章最后將對在BIM技術(shù)下的歷史建筑改造流程進行最終的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cities in China, a large number of old historical buildings have become a major problem in urban development. At the same time, people are paying more and more attention to the industry that consumes the most energy, and the construction industry is also gradually increasing. Forcing the government to reuse historical buildings in a way that reduces unnecessary demolition and reconstruction, positioning the strategy for urban renewal and development. The reconstruction of historical buildings is very complicated because it involves protection. When the existing architectural design process is applied to the historical building reconstruction projects, there are often various problems, which leads to the construction practitioners often repeatedly design in the design process. This paper focuses on the process of the reconstruction of historical buildings. By analyzing the process of the reconstruction of traditional historical buildings, we find out the key problems that lead to a large number of repeated work in the workflow. Through the research of BIM technology, especially the research of collaborative design, we need to find a way to solve the problem, and verify the feasibility of using BIM technology in the reconstruction process of historical buildings. Finally, the paper summarizes the reconstruction process of historical buildings under BIM technology.
