【摘要】：工業(yè)建筑作為直接服務(wù)于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的建筑類型,在城市規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計中占據(jù)重要的地位。在我國,工業(yè)建筑用地一般占總用地的25—30%;而在一些工業(yè)型城市,因擁有一些大、中型企業(yè),工業(yè)建筑用地比例甚至可達到50%以上。隨著社會的不斷進步發(fā)展以及工業(yè)體系的不斷成熟,可以說現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑已不止是大空間建筑也是大量性建筑。因此,工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計的成熟優(yōu)化在整個社會生態(tài)環(huán)境中顯得日益重要。在尋求人、工業(yè)建筑、環(huán)境要素三者之間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路中,光是一個非常吸引人并且具有潛力的設(shè)計切入點。在生態(tài)化可持續(xù)設(shè)計中,對天然光的合理運用,意義不僅在于打造優(yōu)質(zhì)光環(huán)境,更高層面的是體現(xiàn)了環(huán)境實踐的可能性,同時也包含了豐富的美學和人文實踐的可能性。廠房因生產(chǎn)需要,建筑體量通常較大,僅靠側(cè)窗無法滿足室內(nèi)采光需求,故常設(shè)有天窗。天窗是建筑獲取天然光的主要方式之一,合理的天窗設(shè)計不僅能為室內(nèi)提供舒適的光環(huán)境、降低照明能耗,還能內(nèi)部空間進行二次塑造、創(chuàng)造出具有藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的建筑造型。因此,筆者將本研究的重點放在單層工業(yè)廠房建筑中天窗優(yōu)化設(shè)計策略,以期對今后新型生態(tài)化工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計提供一定指導。全文共分為5個章節(jié),以提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路展開:第一章、緒論部分,論述論文的選題緣由,提出以光環(huán)境為切入點對既有工業(yè)建筑的改造進行研究,概述研究對象和研究的目的及意義,對研究方法進行概括性的論述,對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀做文獻綜述。第二章,首先對一些相關(guān)的背景進行總結(jié)和分析,探索在工業(yè)建筑生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型的大趨勢下,進行以光環(huán)境優(yōu)化為切入點的既有工業(yè)建筑改造,并分析天窗在廠房中的應(yīng)用及其節(jié)能潛力。第三章,通過對重慶幾大工業(yè)園區(qū)實地調(diào)研和與工人進行訪談、問卷調(diào)查,掌握單層工業(yè)廠房天窗基本信息、室內(nèi)物理環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,了解工人的主觀作業(yè)感受和對環(huán)境的要求,從而總結(jié)出亟待解決的問題和造成該類問題的主要原因,為后期優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案的提出提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。第四章,分析天窗采光的不同影響因素,結(jié)合調(diào)研中存在的問題和可優(yōu)化的部分,總結(jié)出適宜于重慶氣候特征的單層廠房天窗優(yōu)化策略。并以鋸齒形天窗為例作出更深入的優(yōu)化探索。第五章,結(jié)語與展望,對重慶地區(qū)單層工業(yè)廠房的天窗優(yōu)化設(shè)計策略的研究成果進行歸納,對文章不足和尚需要研究的內(nèi)容進行概述。
[Abstract]:Industrial buildings, as the types of buildings that directly serve industrial production, play an important role in urban planning and architectural design. In our country, industrial construction land generally accounts for 25-30 percent of the total land use, while in some industrial cities, because of its size, In medium-sized enterprises, the proportion of industrial construction land can even reach more than 50%. With the continuous development of society and the continuous maturity of industrial system, it can be said that modern industrial buildings are not only large space buildings, but also a large number of buildings. The mature optimization of industrial architecture design is becoming more and more important in the whole social ecological environment. Light is a very attractive and potential design entry point. In ecologically sustainable design, the rational use of natural light is not only about creating a high quality light environment, but also about the possibility of environmental practice. At the same time, it also contains the possibility of rich aesthetic and humanistic practice. Because of the production needs, the building volume is usually large, and the side windows alone can not meet the indoor lighting demand. Therefore, there are often skylights. Skylights are one of the main ways for buildings to acquire natural light. Reasonable skylight design can not only provide a comfortable light environment for indoor lighting, reduce lighting energy consumption, but also can be re-molded in internal space. Therefore, the author focuses on the optimal design strategy of skylight in single-story industrial factory building. In order to provide some guidance for the future of the new ecological industrial architecture design. The full text is divided into five chapters, in order to raise problems, analyze the problems, solve the problem ideas: chapter one, the introduction part, discuss the reason of the thesis. This paper puts forward the research on the transformation of existing industrial buildings from the point of view of light environment, summarizes the research object, the purpose and significance of the research, discusses the research methods in a general way, and makes a literature review of the current research situation at home and abroad. First of all, summarize and analyze some related background, explore the transformation of existing industrial buildings with light environment optimization as the starting point under the general trend of ecological transformation of industrial buildings. The application of skylight in factory building and its energy saving potential are analyzed. Chapter three, through field investigation and interview with workers in several industrial parks in Chongqing, the basic information of skylight in single-story industrial factory building and the present situation of indoor physical environment are grasped. Understanding the workers' subjective feeling of work and their demands on the environment, thus summing up the problems that need to be solved and the main causes of these problems, and providing a realistic basis for the proposal of the later optimal design scheme. Chapter 4th, Analyze the different influence factors of skylight, combined with the existing problems in the investigation and the parts that can be optimized, This paper summarizes the optimization strategy of the skylight of the single-storey factory building suitable for the climatic characteristics of Chongqing, and takes the sawtooth skylight as an example to make a more in-depth optimization exploration. Chapter 5th, conclusion and prospect, This paper sums up the research results of the optimal design strategy of the skylight of the single-storey industrial factory building in Chongqing area, and summarizes the contents which need to be studied in this paper.
