【摘要】：蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)是我國(guó)首個(gè)中外政府共同合作開發(fā)的工業(yè)園區(qū),其建設(shè)、發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)型都走在我國(guó)開發(fā)區(qū)前列,是一個(gè)發(fā)展十分成功的工業(yè)園區(qū),本文以期對(duì)園區(qū)空間演變進(jìn)行深入剖析為其它開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展提供良好借鑒。論文對(duì)工業(yè)園區(qū)空間發(fā)展相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究,總結(jié)了工業(yè)園區(qū)演變的主要影響因素、模式、過程�；仡櫫颂K州工業(yè)園區(qū)總發(fā)展歷程,將園區(qū)發(fā)展劃分為三個(gè)階段,從空間結(jié)構(gòu)、空間形態(tài)和空間功能方面對(duì)園區(qū)空間演變進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)、居住、交通三大主要城市功能進(jìn)行了深入研究�？偨Y(jié)了蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)空間演變特征及發(fā)展動(dòng)力機(jī)制,并為園區(qū)遠(yuǎn)期用地空間發(fā)展提出了優(yōu)化建議。通過研究得出蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)空間演變可劃分為點(diǎn)狀生長(zhǎng)期(1994-2000年)、片狀豐富期(2001-2007年)、外部擴(kuò)張期(2008-2013年)三個(gè)階段�？臻g演變模式為“先周邊后中間,由核心向外圍”。空間演變的動(dòng)力機(jī)制源自自組織和他組織相互作用,目前對(duì)園區(qū)發(fā)展起主導(dǎo)作用的為他組織作用,自組織作用相對(duì)較弱,但自組織作用將越來越強(qiáng),并將成為園區(qū)遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展的核心推動(dòng)力。本文認(rèn)為蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)未來發(fā)展應(yīng)強(qiáng)化園區(qū)“城市功能”,引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展,增加生產(chǎn)性及生活性服務(wù)用地,弱化園區(qū)功能分區(qū),加強(qiáng)土地混合使用,提高土地集約性和兼容性。
[Abstract]:Suzhou Industrial Park is the first industrial park to be jointly developed by Chinese and foreign governments. Its construction, development and transformation are in the forefront of our country's development zones, and it is a very successful industrial park. This paper aims to provide a good reference for the development of other development zones through in-depth analysis of the spatial evolution of industrial parks. This paper studies the related theories of spatial development of industrial parks and summarizes the main influencing factors and models of the evolution of industrial parks. This paper reviews the overall development course of Suzhou Industrial Park, divides the park development into three stages, analyzes the spatial evolution of the park from the aspects of spatial structure, spatial form and spatial function, and analyzes the industrial and residential development of the park. The functions of the three major cities of transportation are deeply studied, and the spatial evolution characteristics and the dynamic mechanism of the development of Suzhou Industrial Park are summarized. The spatial evolution of Suzhou Industrial Park can be divided into three stages: point growth period (1994-2000), flaky enrichment period (2001-2007), external expansion period (2008-2013). The pattern of intertemporal evolution is "first peripheral and later middle," The dynamic mechanism of the spatial evolution from core to periphery is derived from the interaction between self-organization and other organizations. At present, it is other organizations that play a leading role in the development of the park. The self-organization role is relatively weak, but the self-organization role will become stronger and stronger. This paper holds that the future development of Suzhou Industrial Park should strengthen the "urban function" of the park, guide the development of industrial cluster, increase the productive and living service land, and weaken the functional zoning of the park. Strengthen the mixed use of land, improve land intensity and compatibility.
