高延性混凝土無(wú)腹筋梁受剪性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:提出采用高延性混凝土改善梁的抗剪性能和變形能力,設(shè)計(jì)了8個(gè)高延性混凝土梁和3個(gè)作為對(duì)比試件的混凝土梁,并通過(guò)靜力試驗(yàn)研究不同剪跨比和配筋率高延性混凝土無(wú)腹筋梁的破壞形態(tài)和破壞機(jī)理。高延性混凝土無(wú)腹筋梁的剪切破壞形態(tài)有擠壓破壞、剪壓破壞、彎剪破壞和剪拉破壞。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:高延性混凝土梁的剪切破壞均表現(xiàn)出一定的延性,與普通混凝土梁的脆性剪切破壞具有明顯不同;高延性混凝土梁的剪切裂縫開(kāi)展緩慢,說(shuō)明高延性混凝土良好的拉伸應(yīng)變硬化和多裂縫開(kāi)展特性能夠有效控制剪切裂縫的發(fā)展,防止混凝土壓碎剝落,顯著提高梁的抗剪性能和耐損傷能力;相比普通混凝土無(wú)腹筋梁,高延性混凝土無(wú)腹筋梁的受剪承載力和變形能力均有明顯提高,表明采用高延性混凝土可以顯著改善無(wú)腹筋梁的脆性剪切破壞模式;剪跨比和縱筋配筋率對(duì)高延性混凝土梁的剪切破壞形態(tài)和承載力影響較大,其受剪承載力隨剪跨比的增大而降低,隨配筋率的增大而有所提高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, high ductility concrete is used to improve the shear behavior and deformation ability of beams. Eight high ductile concrete beams and three concrete beams with high ductility are designed. The failure modes and failure mechanism of high ductile concrete beams without web reinforcement with different shear span ratio and reinforcement ratio are studied by static test. The shear failure patterns of high ductile concrete beams without web reinforcement are extruded and shear-compression failure. The experimental results show that the shear failure of high ductile concrete beams shows a certain ductility, which is obviously different from the brittle shear failure of ordinary concrete beams, and the shear cracks of high ductile concrete beams develop slowly. It is shown that the good tensile strain hardening and multi-crack development characteristics of high ductile concrete can effectively control the development of shear cracks, prevent concrete crushing and spalling, and significantly improve the shear performance and damage resistance of beams. Compared with ordinary concrete beams without web tendons, the shear capacity and deformation capacity of high ductile concrete beams without web reinforcement are obviously improved, which indicates that the brittle shear failure mode of beams without web reinforcement can be significantly improved by using high ductile concrete. The shear span ratio and the reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement have great influence on the shear failure pattern and bearing capacity of high ductile concrete beams. The shear bearing capacity decreases with the increase of shear span ratio and increases with the increase of reinforcement ratio.
