【摘要】：為應(yīng)對城市內(nèi)澇、徑流污染問題以及響應(yīng)海綿城市建設(shè)要求,雨洪調(diào)蓄設(shè)施受到越來越多的重視。延時調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施作為一種有效防治城市內(nèi)澇和徑流污染控制的工程技術(shù)手段在美國等發(fā)達(dá)國家已得到較廣泛的工程應(yīng)用,而國內(nèi)對延時調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施的研究和應(yīng)用還很缺乏。系統(tǒng)介紹了延時調(diào)節(jié)的概念與原理,分析了延時調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施在城市內(nèi)澇防治和徑流水質(zhì)控制中的效果,說明了設(shè)施基本構(gòu)造,并總結(jié)了延時調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施的設(shè)計方法,為我國在海綿城市建設(shè)、排水防澇規(guī)劃及雨水調(diào)蓄系統(tǒng)中合理應(yīng)用延時調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with urban waterlogging, runoff pollution and the construction of sponge cities, More and more attention has been paid to rain flood regulation and storage facilities. As an effective engineering technique to prevent and control urban waterlogging and runoff pollution, delay regulation facilities have been widely used in developed countries such as the United States. However, the research and application of delay regulation facilities in China is still lacking. This paper systematically introduces the concept and principle of delay regulation, analyzes the effects of delay regulation facilities in urban waterlogging control and runoff water quality control, and explains the basic structure of the facilities. The design method of delay regulation facilities is summarized, which provides a reference for the construction of sponge cities, drainage and waterlogging prevention planning and the reasonable application of delay regulation facilities in Rain Water regulation and storage system.
