水泥基碳纖維地暖電熱技術(shù)的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)室內(nèi)居住環(huán)境的要求也在朝著越高的水平發(fā)展,由原來(lái)解決基本的生活問(wèn)題,發(fā)展為尋求生活環(huán)境的舒適性和安逸性。特別是當(dāng)人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的生活和工作時(shí)間是在室內(nèi)度過(guò)時(shí),人們對(duì)于室內(nèi)環(huán)境就有了更高更新的要求。室內(nèi)取暖是人們?cè)诙斓钟涞闹饕绞?而國(guó)家越來(lái)越重視能源問(wèn)題和新型能源,傳統(tǒng)的集中供熱取暖面臨著新型的挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)新型采暖方式也迎來(lái)發(fā)展良機(jī)。本文提出了一種基于碳纖維帶的新型室內(nèi)地暖電熱系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)介紹了電熱板的設(shè)計(jì)思路、試驗(yàn)?zāi)P秃徒ㄔ爝^(guò)程,得到了試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。試驗(yàn)分為導(dǎo)熱升溫、模擬溫控和裝配式樣板房碳纖維帶電熱系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)三個(gè)階段。在導(dǎo)熱升溫試驗(yàn)中,通過(guò)將碳纖維帶預(yù)埋在水泥砂漿中構(gòu)成電熱板,檢測(cè)不同位置溫度隨時(shí)間的變化趨勢(shì)和系統(tǒng)能耗,以獲得電熱系統(tǒng)的性能。結(jié)果表明:電熱系統(tǒng)升溫迅速,平均升溫速率能達(dá)到1.83°C/min。豎直方向的溫度變化梯度遠(yuǎn)大于水平方向溫度變化梯度,碳纖維帶電阻穩(wěn)定性較好,地暖反射膜和保溫板的隔熱效果良好。在模擬溫控試驗(yàn)中,該電熱系統(tǒng)在溫控儀調(diào)節(jié)下,減少能耗成效顯著。由于溫控儀的控制調(diào)節(jié),系統(tǒng)在不同初始溫度下,經(jīng)過(guò)一段預(yù)加熱時(shí)間后,都會(huì)自動(dòng)進(jìn)入升降溫循環(huán)階段,初始溫度對(duì)升溫速率和各階段時(shí)長(zhǎng)的影響程度也是一致的。對(duì)碳纖維帶電熱板進(jìn)行了全尺寸研究,考察了碳纖維帶電熱系統(tǒng)在整體房間中,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間升降溫循環(huán)階段的工作性能。對(duì)碳纖維帶布置上進(jìn)行的優(yōu)化起到了較為良好的結(jié)果,碳纖維帶電熱系統(tǒng)各層橫向溫度差異性較小,室外溫度相對(duì)于初始溫度,是更能影響升降溫控階段工作時(shí)間及能耗方面的因素。對(duì)碳纖維帶電熱系統(tǒng)與市面上常見(jiàn)的三種采暖形式進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性適用性比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)合今后國(guó)家大力提倡發(fā)展的住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝配式綠色建筑,碳纖維帶電熱系統(tǒng)擁有廣闊的應(yīng)用范圍和市場(chǎng)前景。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of living standards, people's requirements for indoor living environment are also moving towards a higher level, from the original solution to the basic living problems. To seek comfort and comfort in the living environment, especially as people spend more and more of their life and work time indoors, Indoor heating is the main way for people to resist the cold in winter, but the country is paying more and more attention to energy problems and new energy, traditional centralized heating is facing new challenges. At the same time, a new type of heating system based on carbon fiber strip is presented in this paper, and the design idea, test model and construction process of electric heating plate are introduced in detail. The test results are obtained. The test is divided into three stages: heat conduction heating, simulated temperature control and electric heating system test of carbon fiber strip in fabricated sample house. In the heat conduction heating test, the electric heating plate is formed by burying the carbon fiber tape in cement mortar. In order to obtain the performance of the electrothermal system, the change trend of temperature at different locations and the energy consumption of the system are measured. The results show that the temperature rise of the electrothermal system is rapid. The average heating rate can reach 1.83 擄C / min. The vertical temperature gradient is much larger than the horizontal temperature gradient, the resistance stability of carbon fiber is better, and the thermal insulation effect of ground temperature reflective film and thermal insulation board is good. Under the adjustment of the temperature controller, the electric heating system can reduce the energy consumption significantly. Because of the control and adjustment of the temperature control instrument, the system will automatically enter the rising and cooling cycle stage after a period of pre-heating time at different initial temperature. The effect of initial temperature on the heating rate and the duration of each stage is also consistent. The full-scale study of the carbon fiber strip electric heating plate is carried out, and the electric heating system of the carbon fiber strip in the whole room is investigated. The optimization of carbon fiber strip arrangement has a good result. The lateral temperature difference of each layer of carbon fiber strip electric heating system is small, and the outdoor temperature is relative to the initial temperature. It is a more effective factor to influence the working time and energy consumption in the temperature control phase. The economic applicability of the electric heating system with carbon fiber is compared with that of the three common heating forms in the market. It is found that the carbon fiber strip electric heating system has a broad application range and market prospect in combination with the green residential industrial assembly building which will be strongly advocated by the country in the future.
