燒結(jié)復(fù)合保溫砌塊熱工性能數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:使用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)燒結(jié)復(fù)合保溫砌塊的熱工性能進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,通過分析模擬結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)出合理的砌塊孔型,并進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:制備的燒結(jié)復(fù)合保溫砌塊具有良好保溫性能,實(shí)測(cè)熱阻值達(dá)0.920(m2·K)/W;數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果具有較高準(zhǔn)確性,與實(shí)測(cè)值相差小于4%。
[Abstract]:The thermal performance of sintered composite insulating block was simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the reasonable pore shape of the block was designed by analyzing the simulation results. The experimental results show that the sintered composite insulating block has good thermal insulation performance, the measured heat resistance is 0.920 m ~ 2 路K ~ (-1) W, and the numerical simulation results have a high accuracy, and the difference from the measured value is less than 4.
