燒結復合保溫砌塊熱工性能數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:使用ABAQUS有限元軟件對燒結復合保溫砌塊的熱工性能進行數(shù)值模擬,通過分析模擬結果設計出合理的砌塊孔型,并進行實驗測試驗證。結果表明:制備的燒結復合保溫砌塊具有良好保溫性能,實測熱阻值達0.920(m2·K)/W;數(shù)值模擬結果具有較高準確性,與實測值相差小于4%。
[Abstract]:The thermal performance of sintered composite insulating block was simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the reasonable pore shape of the block was designed by analyzing the simulation results. The experimental results show that the sintered composite insulating block has good thermal insulation performance, the measured heat resistance is 0.920 m ~ 2 路K ~ (-1) W, and the numerical simulation results have a high accuracy, and the difference from the measured value is less than 4.
