220kV高壓輸電線路群樁基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:隨著高壓輸電線路基礎(chǔ)類型的多樣性發(fā)展,鉆孔灌注樁群樁基礎(chǔ)日益受到關(guān)注。本文結(jié)合某220kV輸電線路的群樁基礎(chǔ),通過有限元分析軟件ABAQUS就豎向荷載作用下單樁以及群樁基礎(chǔ)的承載性狀進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析。分析了單樁在不同土質(zhì)條件、樁徑、樁長和樁身強(qiáng)度情況下的承載性狀,得出樁土界面摩擦系數(shù)、樁徑、樁長、樁身混凝土及土體彈性模量等因素對(duì)單樁極限承載力的影響。研究了群樁基礎(chǔ)在豎向荷載作用下的豎向承載性狀,群樁基礎(chǔ)中基樁與單樁數(shù)值分析結(jié)果的對(duì)比表明:在本文各因素水平下,群樁基礎(chǔ)中的基樁較單樁的荷載-沉降曲線平緩;由于群樁基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)下基樁對(duì)土體存在約束擠壓作用,故基樁較單樁的側(cè)摩阻力大;土質(zhì)越好的地層,樁土界面摩擦系數(shù)也相對(duì)越大,群樁的基樁之間相互影響也越強(qiáng),群樁效應(yīng)更加明顯;群樁基樁的樁徑增大,使基樁之間的相互影響程度變大,在相同布置情況下大樁徑基礎(chǔ)比小樁徑基礎(chǔ)的群樁效應(yīng)強(qiáng);樁長變化對(duì)群樁效應(yīng)的影響不明顯;樁距的大小對(duì)群樁效應(yīng)有較為明顯的影響,樁距越小,群樁效應(yīng)越明顯;隨著樁數(shù)的增加,基樁對(duì)內(nèi)部土體的約束作用愈明顯,群樁效應(yīng)也越明顯。
[Abstract]:With the development of high voltage transmission line foundation, the pile group foundation of bored cast-in-place pile has been paid more and more attention. This paper combines the pile group foundation of a 220 kV transmission line. Through finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the bearing behavior of pile under vertical load and pile group foundation is numerically analyzed. The bearing behavior of single pile under different soil conditions, pile diameter, pile length and pile body strength is analyzed. The effects of friction coefficient of pile-soil interface, pile diameter, pile length, pile concrete and soil elastic modulus on the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile are obtained. The vertical bearing behavior of pile group foundation under vertical load is studied. The comparison of numerical analysis results between pile group foundation and single pile shows that the load-settlement curve of pile group foundation is slower than that of single pile foundation under each factor level in this paper. Therefore, the side friction of pile group is greater than that of single pile, and the better soil quality, the greater the friction coefficient of pile-soil interface, the stronger the interaction between pile groups, the more obvious pile group effect is, the larger the pile diameter of pile group is, Under the same arrangement, the pile group effect of large pile diameter foundation is stronger than that of small pile diameter foundation, the influence of pile length change on pile group effect is not obvious, and the influence of pile spacing on pile group effect is obvious. The smaller the pile spacing, the more obvious the pile group effect is, and with the increase of pile number, the more obvious the restraint effect of foundation pile on the internal soil is, the more obvious the pile group effect is.
