廣東山區(qū)軟土工程特性及軟基處理應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來(lái)隨著廣東地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,高速公路也相應(yīng)的加快建設(shè),越來(lái)越多的高速公路通往山區(qū)。由于山區(qū)地形地貌與平原地區(qū)有很大的不同,其工程地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,所以在山區(qū)建設(shè)高速公路會(huì)遇到各種復(fù)雜問(wèn)題,特別是山區(qū)軟土地基的處理問(wèn)題。山區(qū)軟土與平原軟土的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)雖然差別不大,但是山區(qū)軟土具有自己獨(dú)特的工程特性,采用平原地區(qū)的軟土處理方法可能達(dá)不到預(yù)期的處理效果。故山區(qū)軟土的工程特性及軟基處理問(wèn)題就成為了一個(gè)具有重要意義的研究課題。本文依托廣東山區(qū)在建高速公路工程,針對(duì)山區(qū)軟土的工程特性及軟土地基處理方法做以下方面的工作。1.通過(guò)收集廣東省山區(qū)多個(gè)典型工程勘察資料及相關(guān)地質(zhì)資料,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)對(duì)山區(qū)軟土的物理力學(xué)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。分析山區(qū)軟土的形成原因、空間分布、顆粒組成成分及物理力學(xué)指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn),并分析各物理力學(xué)指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性,找出各指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)規(guī)律,并總結(jié)山區(qū)軟土與平原軟土工程特性的差異性。本文的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析成果對(duì)廣東山區(qū)軟土的認(rèn)識(shí)及山區(qū)軟土區(qū)工程建設(shè)具有借鑒意義。2.軟土地基處理技術(shù)在我國(guó)已經(jīng)發(fā)展的比較成熟,各種方法在工程實(shí)踐中都得到應(yīng)用。本文詳細(xì)介紹了換填法、強(qiáng)夯法、排水固結(jié)法和復(fù)合地基法的基本原理,結(jié)合軟基處理方法的原理分析各種方法的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、施工工藝、適用范圍等,并且介紹了軟基處理方案的影響因素。3.本文依托廣東山區(qū)在建高速公路工程,根據(jù)山區(qū)軟土特性及工程特點(diǎn),本文分析了兩種典型的山區(qū)軟基處理方法,即CFG樁法和管樁法。結(jié)合工程段預(yù)先埋置的沉降板等,監(jiān)測(cè)軟土地基的變形數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)兩斷面的變形數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析了管樁和CFG樁復(fù)合地基的處理效果,在經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)上綜合分析了管樁和CFG樁復(fù)合地基處理山區(qū)軟基的適用性。4.結(jié)合室內(nèi)離心模型試驗(yàn),分別模擬無(wú)軟基處理、CFG樁及管樁處理山區(qū)軟基。通過(guò)分級(jí)加速模擬路堤分層填筑過(guò)程,觀測(cè)不同軟基處理方法的路堤變形特性并分析軟基處理的適用性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, with the rapid development of Guangdong's economy, more and more freeways have been built, and more and more freeways are leading to mountainous areas. Because the terrain and landforms in mountainous areas are very different from those in plain areas, their engineering geological conditions are complex. Therefore, the construction of expressway in mountainous area will encounter various complicated problems, especially the treatment of soft soil foundation in mountainous area. Although the physical and mechanical properties of soft soil in mountainous area and plain are not different, the soft soil in mountain area has its own unique engineering characteristics. Using the soft soil treatment method in the plain area may not achieve the expected treatment effect. Therefore, the engineering characteristics and soft foundation treatment of soft soil in mountainous areas have become an important research topic. Highway construction, In view of the engineering characteristics of soft soil in mountainous areas and the methods of soft soil foundation treatment, the following work is done. 1. Through collecting the survey data and related geological data of several typical projects in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province, The physical and mechanical indexes of soft soil in mountainous area are analyzed by statistics. The formation reason, spatial distribution, particle composition and physical and mechanical properties of soft soil in mountainous area are analyzed, and the correlation between physical and mechanical indexes is analyzed. Find out the correlation between the indicators, And summarizes the difference between soft soil and plain soft soil engineering characteristics. The results of statistical analysis in this paper have reference significance for the understanding of soft soil in Guangdong mountainous area and the engineering construction of soft soil area in mountain area. 2. Soft soil foundation treatment technology has been developed in our country. The development is relatively mature, All kinds of methods have been applied in engineering practice. This paper introduces in detail the basic principles of replacement method, dynamic compaction method, drainage consolidation method and composite foundation method, and analyzes the technical characteristics and construction technology of various methods combined with the principle of soft foundation treatment method. Based on the highway project under construction in Guangdong mountainous area, according to the characteristics and engineering characteristics of soft soil in mountain area, this paper analyzes two typical soft foundation treatment methods in mountainous area. That is, CFG pile method and pipe pile method. The deformation data of soft soil foundation are monitored and compared with the deformation data of two sections. The treatment effect of pipe pile and CFG pile composite foundation is analyzed. In economic and technical aspects, the applicability of pipe pile and CFG pile composite foundation for soft foundation treatment in mountainous area is analyzed. 4. Combined with indoor centrifuge model test, The CFG pile without soft foundation treatment and the soft foundation treatment with pipe pile are simulated respectively. The deformation characteristics of embankment with different soft foundation treatment methods are observed and the applicability of soft foundation treatment is analyzed through the hierarchical acceleration simulation of embankment filling process.
