【摘要】：主要研究目前低層民居中正被推廣使用的輕鋼密立柱墻體的蒙皮效應(yīng)。通常認(rèn)為輕鋼密立柱鋼架是一個(gè)非穩(wěn)定的體系,然而,當(dāng)立柱表面與墻面板(石膏板及OSB定向刨花板)可靠連接時(shí),墻體形成了一個(gè)穩(wěn)定封閉的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,板可以與輕鋼鋼架協(xié)同工作,并提高結(jié)構(gòu)的整體強(qiáng)度及剛度�？紤]墻面板的應(yīng)力蒙皮效應(yīng)可使結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)更加符合真實(shí)的受力狀態(tài),而且也能提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此考慮應(yīng)力蒙皮效應(yīng)具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在參照相關(guān)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用有限元程序ANSYS對(duì)應(yīng)力蒙皮效應(yīng)采用了數(shù)值模擬,并深入分析了蒙皮效應(yīng)的破壞形態(tài)及其工作機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the skinning effect of light steel dense column wall which is popularized in the middle of low-rise residence at present. It is generally considered that the light steel dense column steel frame is an unstable system, however, When the column surface is reliably connected to the wall panel (plasterboard and OSB oriented particleboard), the wall forms a stable and closed structure system, and the board can work in coordination with the light steel frame. The overall strength and stiffness of the structure are improved. Considering the stress skin effect of the wall panel, the design of the structure can be more in line with the actual stress state. Therefore, considering the stress skin effect has important theoretical value and practical significance. On the basis of referring to the experimental results, the finite element program ANSYS is used to simulate the stress skin effect. The damage pattern and working mechanism of the skin effect were also analyzed.
