【摘要】：歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)是一個地方傳統(tǒng)文化、風(fēng)情民俗的真實寫照,是當(dāng)?shù)匚幕蜕鐣l(fā)展的反映,是人類寶貴的歷史遺產(chǎn)。然而隨著當(dāng)今社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,使許多地方的傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)歷史風(fēng)貌遭到破壞,有的甚至岌岌可危。如何保護(hù)歷史村鎮(zhèn)的傳統(tǒng)文化,使其能夠可持續(xù)發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為一個亟待解決的問題。本文基于對巢湖中廟鎮(zhèn)歷史風(fēng)貌保護(hù)規(guī)劃對策的研究,認(rèn)為對于歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)風(fēng)貌保護(hù)的研究應(yīng)該在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的思想指導(dǎo)下,將對其傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的保護(hù)與自身建設(shè)以及自然環(huán)境相結(jié)合,做到既能體現(xiàn)地方社會、文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)的特點,又要滿足現(xiàn)代的生活生產(chǎn)和工作娛樂方式,使得對于傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)建設(shè)真正做到自然、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的有機(jī)結(jié)合。首先,本文梳理了國內(nèi)外歷史村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)的發(fā)展歷程,并對相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)行評述,在此基礎(chǔ)上從總體空間格局、街巷空間、公共節(jié)點空間、歷史建筑、民居建筑和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)六個方面對中廟鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀風(fēng)貌要素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)查研究。其次,在對中廟鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀風(fēng)貌要素研究的基礎(chǔ)上采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對其價值特色進(jìn)行評析,得出其保護(hù)的價值與內(nèi)容所在。接著對現(xiàn)狀中廟鎮(zhèn)風(fēng)貌保護(hù)過程中存在的問題展開調(diào)查,并分析了現(xiàn)實中古鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),得出其未來發(fā)展的定位,為下文有針對性地提出風(fēng)貌保護(hù)規(guī)劃策略打下基礎(chǔ)。最后,針對中廟鎮(zhèn)的風(fēng)貌特點從宏觀制度策略、微觀技術(shù)策略、實施策略三個層次提出促進(jìn)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的保護(hù)策略,并指出本文研究的不足與下一步研究的方向,以期為其他歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)風(fēng)貌保護(hù)提供有益的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Historical and cultural villages and towns are a true portrayal of local traditional culture, customs and folklore, a reflection of local culture and social development, and a precious historical heritage of mankind. However, with the rapid development of society and economy, The historical features of traditional villages and towns in many places have been destroyed, and some of them are even at risk. How to protect the traditional culture of historical villages and towns and enable them to develop sustainably, It has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the study of the planning strategies for the protection of historical features of temple towns in Chaohu Lake, this paper holds that the research on the protection of historical and cultural villages and towns should be guided by the idea of sustainable development. By combining the protection of its traditional style with its own construction and natural environment, it can not only embody the characteristics of local society, culture and economy, but also meet the needs of modern life, production, work and entertainment, So that the protection of traditional villages and towns to truly achieve the natural, social, economic and technological organic integration. First, this paper combed the history of the development of the protection of villages and towns at home and abroad, and related fields of research were reviewed. On this basis, from the overall spatial pattern, street space, public node space, historical buildings, residential buildings and intangible cultural heritage of six aspects of the status quo of Zhongmiao Town to carry out a detailed investigation and study. Secondly, On the basis of the study on the present situation of Zhongmiao Town, the paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the value characteristics of Zhongmiao Town. Then the problems existing in the process of protecting the style and features of temple towns are investigated, and the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of ancient towns in reality are analyzed, and the orientation of their future development is obtained. Finally, according to the characteristics of Zhongmiao Town, it puts forward the protection strategy to promote its sustainable development from three levels: macro system strategy, micro technology strategy and implementation strategy. It also points out the deficiency of this paper and the direction of the next research in order to provide useful reference for the protection of other historical and cultural villages and towns.
