【摘要】：南京是近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的搖籃,伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的迅速發(fā)展,城市中涌現(xiàn)出大量具有歷史價(jià)值的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn),這些工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)是城市文化遺產(chǎn)中不可或缺的一部分,其再利用方式也關(guān)系到整個(gè)城市的發(fā)展與復(fù)興。新常態(tài)背景之下城市面臨著發(fā)展的變革,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)作為城市發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及城市文脈延續(xù)的重要空間載體,其保護(hù)再利用方式不僅對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)本身至關(guān)重要,合理的再利用也是城市發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在,亟需在新常態(tài)背景下走出現(xiàn)狀探尋變革。本文首先解釋了新常態(tài)與工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的內(nèi)涵實(shí)質(zhì),分析了新常態(tài)背景下城市發(fā)展的變革,剖析了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)生背景,結(jié)合上業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用發(fā)展的動(dòng)因探討了新常態(tài)背景下工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的再利用。其次針對(duì)南京市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行了基礎(chǔ)研究,整理概括了南京市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀特征,深入分析了南京市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用工作進(jìn)程,并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展的不足之處,提出了新常態(tài)背景下工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用的轉(zhuǎn)變。在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)南京市的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)提出了再利用的設(shè)計(jì)方法,從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用的目標(biāo)與原則入手,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)再利用的成功案例總結(jié)出五種再利用模式,再?gòu)恼w格局、工業(yè)建筑、外部空間等方面提出了南京市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用的設(shè)計(jì)方法和切實(shí)可行的實(shí)施建議。最后本文還針對(duì)南京和記洋行這一實(shí)例,將提出的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐運(yùn)用,將理論研究與具體實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了有效的結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Nanjing is the cradle of modern industry. With the rapid development of economy and society, a large number of historical industrial heritage have emerged in the city, which is an indispensable part of the city's cultural heritage. Under the background of the new normal, cities are facing the change of development. Industrial heritage is an important space carrier of urban development, social development, economic development and the continuation of urban context. The way in which they are protected and reused is not only crucial to the industrial heritage itself, but also to rational reuse, which is the key to urban development, This paper first explains the essence of the connotation of the new normal and industrial heritage, analyzes the transformation of urban development under the new normal background, and analyzes the background of the industrial heritage. This paper discusses the reuse of industrial heritage under the new normal background combined with the motivation of the reuse and development of Shangye Heritage. Secondly, the basic research on the industrial heritage of Nanjing is carried out, and the characteristics of the present situation of industrial heritage in Nanjing are summarized. In this paper, the process of industrial heritage reuse in Nanjing is analyzed, and the shortcomings of the present situation are summarized. The paper puts forward the transformation of industrial heritage reuse under the background of the new normal. On this basis, the paper puts forward the design method of industrial heritage reuse in Nanjing, starting with the goal and principle of industrial heritage reuse. Referring to the successful cases of industrial heritage conservation and reuse at home and abroad, five reuse modes are summarized, and then from the overall pattern, industrial buildings, The paper puts forward the design method and practical implementation suggestions for the reuse of Nanjing's industrial heritage from the aspects of external space. Finally, this paper also aims at the example of Nanjing Hutchison's foreign trade. The proposed design method of industrial heritage reuse is applied in practice, and the theoretical research is effectively combined with practical practice.
