諸暨市水資源調(diào)查及可持續(xù)發(fā)展利用研究

【摘要】:近年來,水資源的可持續(xù)利用越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,水環(huán)境是人類社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著密切的聯(lián)系。該研究主要選取浙江省諸暨市為調(diào)研對象,在水資源利用現(xiàn)狀充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納與分析諸暨供水存在的主要問題,對諸暨供水如何支持城市經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和加快城市進(jìn)程的要求進(jìn)行全面研究。要實現(xiàn)水資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和利用,必須結(jié)合諸暨實際,在弄清諸暨水資源利用現(xiàn)狀與未來需求的基礎(chǔ)上,通過加強水資源管理和優(yōu)化水資源利用工程建設(shè)等方式來實現(xiàn),其中,水資源管理體制機制的創(chuàng)新和給水工程建設(shè)的推進(jìn)是主要途徑。在研究方法上,本文具體采用了文獻(xiàn)研究方法、實地調(diào)查方法、比較研究方法等,并以訪談的形式增強了文章的說服力和科學(xué)性。經(jīng)研究,本文最終得到以下成果:(1)提出了諸暨市城鄉(xiāng)供水的總體思路。在系統(tǒng)回顧諸暨市工程建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)諸暨市未來需水預(yù)測情況,對諸暨市未來供水水源格局進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,具體包括:以陳蔡水庫、石壁水庫、青山水庫、永寧水庫、寺下張水庫為城鄉(xiāng)供水的主水源,以浦陽江及河道為戰(zhàn)略儲備水源,確保城鄉(xiāng)供水和人民群眾安全飲用水。(2)在預(yù)測用水分布的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有供水管網(wǎng)布局,對未來的供水工程建設(shè)作了規(guī)劃。以農(nóng)業(yè)工業(yè)生活用水為基準(zhǔn),本文預(yù)測的供水范圍包括諸暨市域各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn);然后以用水需求為導(dǎo)向,對未來的供水工程建設(shè)作出了安排和建議,并指出諸暨未來用水存在的問題與展望。通過該規(guī)劃,將有望提高諸暨市城鄉(xiāng)一體化供水的覆蓋范圍,以支撐諸暨市經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。該研究成果契合諸暨市水資源利用實際,有望為諸暨市水資源利用和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the sustainable utilization of water resources. The water environment is an important foundation of the development of human society and is closely related to economic development. On the basis of full investigation and investigation of the current situation of water resources utilization, the main problems existing in water supply in Zhuji are summarized and analyzed. In order to realize the sustainable development and utilization of water resources, Zhuji water supply must be combined with the reality of Zhuji in order to carry out a comprehensive study on how to support the sustainable development of urban economy and society and to speed up the process of urban development. On the basis of making clear the present situation and future demand of water resources utilization in Zhuji, it is realized by strengthening water resources management and optimizing the construction of water resources utilization projects, among which, The innovation of water resources management system and the promotion of water supply engineering construction are the main approaches. In the research methods, this paper adopts the literature research method, the field investigation method, the comparative research method and so on. Through the research, this paper finally obtains the following results: 1) put forward the general idea of Zhuji city and countryside water supply. Based on the systematic review of the present situation and existing problems of Zhuji city engineering construction, According to the forecast of future water demand in Zhuji city, the future water supply source pattern of Zhuji city is planned, including Chen Cai Reservoir, Shibi Reservoir, Qingshan Reservoir, Yongning Reservoir, Sixiazhang Reservoir as the main water source for urban and rural water supply, including Chen Cai Reservoir, Shibi Reservoir, Qingshan Reservoir, Yongning Reservoir, and Sixiazhang Reservoir. Taking Puyang River and River Channel as strategic water sources to ensure urban and rural water supply and people's safe drinking water, on the basis of predicting the distribution of water use, combined with the existing distribution of water supply network, The construction of water supply project in the future is planned. Based on the domestic water consumption of agricultural industry, the range of water supply predicted in this paper includes the villages and towns in Zhuji city, and then, based on the demand of water, the author makes arrangements and suggestions for the construction of water supply project in the future. The problems and prospects of water use in Zhuji in the future are pointed out. Through this plan, it is expected to increase the coverage of water supply in Zhuji city and countryside. In order to support the sustainable development of economy and society in Zhuji City, the research results are in accord with the actual utilization of water resources in Zhuji City, which is expected to provide a reference for the utilization and sustainable development of water resources in Zhuji City.
