【摘要】：預(yù)制構(gòu)件的吊裝是裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)施工中的重要過程。以馬鞍山市銀塘公租房76號樓裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件吊裝為背景,介紹了預(yù)制構(gòu)件吊裝驗算的主要內(nèi)容。在施工規(guī)范以及一些研究的基礎(chǔ)上討論了預(yù)制構(gòu)件吊裝施工的荷載取值、計算模型等問題。對梁、板吊裝進(jìn)行手算驗算,對剪力墻吊裝進(jìn)行有限元模擬,解決了裝配整體式剪力墻預(yù)制構(gòu)件吊裝的驗算問題。
[Abstract]:The hoisting of prefabricated components is an important process in the construction of assembly integral structure. This paper introduces the main contents of the checking calculation of the hoisting of prefabricated members. Based on the construction code and some researches, this paper discusses the load value and the calculation model of the hoisting construction of the prefabricated members, and carries on the manual checking calculation for the hoisting of beams and plates. The finite element simulation of shear wall hoisting is carried out to solve the problem of assembly integral shear wall prefabricated component hoisting.
