【摘要】：施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確合理制定,不單單能夠在最佳時(shí)機(jī)推出項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品,從中得到既定的收益,而且可以促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目施工生產(chǎn)所必須的各種資源獲得最合適的配比,進(jìn)行最充分的使用,從而降低項(xiàng)目成本,發(fā)揮出最大的效益。本文結(jié)合工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)煙臺(tái)礦粉廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究,分析影響廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的因素,并利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以確定項(xiàng)目的整體進(jìn)度,最后提出合理有效的進(jìn)度控制措施。本文介紹了豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目情況,主要針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的基本概況、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)背景、市場情況、項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)進(jìn)度管理全過程進(jìn)行研究,主要針對(duì)豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃開展分析。從進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制原則、編制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃影響因素、編制方法等入手,一步步分析進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制問題,編制得到最終豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工藝方案、設(shè)備方案及總體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。為了能夠更好地進(jìn)行豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制,要理清影響其項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的主要因素,因此,將豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中的進(jìn)度影響因素進(jìn)行分析,從而在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行進(jìn)度控制。主要控制因素從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行劃分,按照項(xiàng)目的全生命周期理論,分為投資規(guī)劃階段進(jìn)度影響因素、建設(shè)階段進(jìn)度影響因素、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)階段進(jìn)度影響因素。重點(diǎn)分析各個(gè)階段主要對(duì)進(jìn)度產(chǎn)生的影響和影響大小。并最終構(gòu)建豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)進(jìn)度影響因素體系。在進(jìn)度影響因素基礎(chǔ)上,展開豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制研究,并對(duì)其進(jìn)度控制水平進(jìn)行科學(xué)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)。構(gòu)建了基于層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的豐源礦產(chǎn)公司礦粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制水平評(píng)價(jià)體系,并通過評(píng)價(jià),得出進(jìn)度控制薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:The accurate and reasonable formulation of the construction schedule can not only bring out the project products at the best time, but also promote the most suitable matching of all kinds of resources necessary for the construction and production of the project. In order to reduce the cost of the project and give full play to the maximum benefit, this paper studies the progress management of the construction project in Yantai Coal Mine Powder Plant area according to the characteristics and risks of the project construction project. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the progress management of the plant construction project, and evaluates the progress plan of the project by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in order to determine the overall progress of the project. Finally, the reasonable and effective progress control measures are put forward. This paper introduces the construction project of the ore powder production plant area of Fengyuan Mineral Company, mainly aimed at the basic situation of the project, the background of the project construction, the market situation, On the basis of this, the whole process of schedule management is studied, and the progress plan of the construction project of the ore powder production factory area of Fengyuan Mineral Company is analyzed. Starting with the influencing factors and methods of compiling the progress plan, the author analyzes the problem of the progress plan step by step, and draws up the final project process plan of the powder production plant area of Fengyuan Minerals Company. Equipment plan and overall progress plan. In order to better carry out the progress control of the construction project in the ore powder production plant area of Fengyuan Minerals Company, it is necessary to clear out the main factors affecting the progress of the project, therefore, This paper analyzes the factors affecting the progress of the construction project of the ore powder production plant area of Fengyuan Mineral Company, and then carries on the progress control on the basis of the analysis.
