【摘要】：某鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程結(jié)構(gòu)不規(guī)則,部分節(jié)點的構(gòu)造與受力相當復(fù)雜,需要通過模型試驗來研究節(jié)點在最不利工況下的受力性能。選取了該工程中兩個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,經(jīng)過合理的簡化,設(shè)計了模型節(jié)點試驗。通過單調(diào)靜力加載試驗,研究了節(jié)點的試驗現(xiàn)象、破壞模式、測點應(yīng)變等,指出了節(jié)點相對薄弱的地方,驗證了節(jié)點在設(shè)計荷載下的安全性。通過兩個復(fù)雜節(jié)點的研究過程,給出了復(fù)雜節(jié)點進行模型試驗研究的一般思路,可以用于指導實際結(jié)構(gòu)工程的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Due to the irregular structure of a steel structure and the complex structure and force of some joints, it is necessary to study the mechanical behavior of the joints under the most unfavorable working conditions through model tests. Two key joints in the project are selected and reasonably simplified. The model node test is designed. Through the monotone static loading test, the test phenomenon, failure mode and strain of the node are studied, and the relative weakness of the joint is pointed out. The safety of the joints under the design load is verified. Through the research process of the two complex joints, the general idea of the model test of the complex joints is given, which can be used to guide the design of the actual structural engineering.
