【摘要】：21世紀(jì),我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)處于快速發(fā)展的階段,國(guó)家重點(diǎn)工程的大量建設(shè)、農(nóng)村城市化的建設(shè)改革、交通設(shè)施的迅速發(fā)展,為建材行業(yè)提供了前所未有的發(fā)展條件,為綠色建材的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文著眼于陜西省綠色建材的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深入地分析了綠色建筑對(duì)綠色建材的要求,探討了發(fā)展綠色建材的重大意義。論文從綠色建材的定義出發(fā),詳細(xì)描述了綠色建材的分類,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建材的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并且分析我國(guó)綠色建材在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建材的評(píng)價(jià)體系現(xiàn)狀,提出我國(guó)綠色建材評(píng)價(jià)體系所面臨的困難以及建立綠色建材評(píng)價(jià)體系的必要性。文章針對(duì)目前綠色建材評(píng)價(jià)體系在評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中所面臨的困難,提出了陜西省綠色建材評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)該建立在單因子評(píng)價(jià)和全生命周期評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)綠色建材評(píng)價(jià)體系中評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的問(wèn)題,提出了更具體的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。該體系包括兩個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)步驟,第一步為核心指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),第二步為綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),核心指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)采用的是單因子評(píng)價(jià)方法,即一票否決制,綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)采用的是模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,核心指標(biāo)不滿足要求則不對(duì)其進(jìn)行綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),即評(píng)價(jià)終止。核心指標(biāo)滿足要求則繼續(xù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)。綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,專家確定綜合指標(biāo)中各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,然后根據(jù)陜西省的實(shí)際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀制定相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最后利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法得出綠色建材的綠色等級(jí)。建筑材料分為建筑結(jié)構(gòu)材料和建筑功能材料,兩者的評(píng)價(jià)側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)材料和建筑功能材料進(jìn)行綠色評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)例分析,以商品混凝土和外墻外保溫材料為例。實(shí)例分析表明采用核心指標(biāo)和綜合指標(biāo)相結(jié)合的評(píng)價(jià)方法是可行的,具有較強(qiáng)的可操作性和區(qū)分度,可供相關(guān)部門制定綠色建材評(píng)價(jià)體系時(shí)借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, China's economy is in a stage of rapid development, a large number of national key projects, the construction of city rural reform, the rapid development of traffic facilities, provide the conditions for the development of hitherto unknown for the building materials industry, laid the foundation for the development of green building materials. This article focuses on the current situation of the development of green building materials in Shaanxi Province, deeply analysis of the requirements of green building green building materials, discusses the great significance of the development of green building materials. From the definition of green building materials, a detailed description of the classification of green building materials, introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign green building materials, and analysis of existing in the development of green building materials in China the current situation of the evaluation system. Green building materials at home and abroad, put forward the evaluation system of green building materials in our country is facing difficulties and necessity of the establishment of green building evaluation system. This article on the current Green building evaluation system faced difficulties in the evaluation process, we should evaluate the green building materials in Shaanxi Province Based on the single factor evaluation and life cycle assessment on the combination of the green building evaluation system evaluation index, put forward specific evaluation index system. The system includes two steps of evaluation the first step, as the core index, the second step for the evaluation of comprehensive index, the core evaluation index is single factor evaluation method, namely the vote, the comprehensive evaluation index of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the core indicators do not meet the requirements of not comprehensive index evaluation, evaluation indexes meet the requirements of the core is terminated. Continue to carry out comprehensive index evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation index. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive index of experts to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and then according to the Shaanxi The actual development situation of West Province to develop appropriate evaluation criteria, finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the green level of green building materials. The example analysis shows that the evaluation method of the core index and comprehensive index combination is feasible, and has strong operability and separable area, for the relevant departments to develop green building materials evaluation system and the reference.
