槽式聚光器結(jié)構(gòu)的分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:能源是人類賴以生存的基礎(chǔ),是關(guān)乎人類社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步的重要條件。根據(jù)國際能源署近期公布的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,未來人類面臨的能源壓力將持續(xù)加大。因此,能源問題已成為世界各國的重大戰(zhàn)略問題,將直接影響經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。本文依托國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,對(duì)已有的槽式聚光器主體裝置進(jìn)行有限元分析,根據(jù)有限元分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,以提高槽式聚光鏡組的工作性能和抗風(fēng)性能為目的,為最終提高槽式聚光鏡組的聚光效果和降低成本做鋪墊。本論文以位于江蘇張家港市某試驗(yàn)基地的槽式聚光器為研究對(duì)象,首先分析了槽式聚光器的主要結(jié)構(gòu),并據(jù)此建立了三維有限元模型,對(duì)槽式聚光器進(jìn)行了有限元模態(tài)分析,并將有限元結(jié)果與原型實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明:本文建立的槽式聚光器三維有限元模型能夠較好地模擬現(xiàn)有的槽式聚光器結(jié)構(gòu),能夠用于槽式聚光器的靜態(tài)分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化分析研究。利用該三維有限元模型作為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)槽式聚光器進(jìn)行風(fēng)荷載分析,風(fēng)荷載采用風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)成果,通過試驗(yàn)測(cè)得的風(fēng)壓轉(zhuǎn)化為等效靜力風(fēng)荷載,進(jìn)而對(duì)聚光器結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度和強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行靜力分析,得到了不同豎向角工況下的位移形變和組合應(yīng)力結(jié)果。分析不同豎向角度下聚光器結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力分析結(jié)果后,確定聚光器結(jié)構(gòu)的最不利工況,為后續(xù)的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化分析提供初始數(shù)據(jù)。在槽式聚光器等效靜力風(fēng)荷載分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)槽式聚光器結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,確定其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方案。首先,在鏡面支架處增加預(yù)拉力鋼拉索,確定了鋼拉索的直徑和預(yù)拉力值的大小。其次,對(duì)聚光鏡角支座支點(diǎn)位置進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,確定了相對(duì)最佳支點(diǎn)位置。最后,對(duì)槽式聚光器主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行截面尺寸優(yōu)化,根據(jù)可制造化為原則,對(duì)鏡面支架和主體框架的桿件進(jìn)行尺寸優(yōu)化。最終,保證在最不利工況下,聚光器結(jié)構(gòu)的工作性能更優(yōu),抗風(fēng)性能更可靠和穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Energy is the basis for human survival and an important condition for the stable development and economic progress of human society. According to the projections recently released by the International Energy Agency, as the global economy continues to develop, In the future, the energy pressure will continue to increase. Therefore, the energy problem has become a major strategic issue in the world, which will directly affect the stability and development of the economy and society. Finite element analysis is carried out on the main device of the existing slot concentrator, and the structure is optimized according to the results of the finite element analysis, in order to improve the working performance and wind resistance of the trough type condenser. In order to improve the effect and reduce the cost of the tank type condenser, this paper takes the trough type concentrator in a test base in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province as the research object, and analyzes the main structure of the trough type concentrator. A three-dimensional finite element model is established, and the finite element modal analysis of the slot concentrator is carried out, and the finite element results are compared with the measured results of the prototype. The results show that the three dimensional finite element model of the slot concentrator can simulate the structure of the existing slot concentrator. It can be used for static analysis and structural optimization analysis of trough concentrator. The wind load analysis of trough concentrator is carried out on the basis of the three-dimensional finite element model, and wind tunnel test results are used for wind load analysis. The measured wind pressure is transformed into equivalent static wind load, and the stiffness and strength of the concentrator structure are analyzed statically. The results of displacement deformation and combined stress under different vertical angle conditions are obtained. After analyzing the static analysis results of concentrator structure at different vertical angles, the most unfavorable conditions of the condenser structure are determined. To provide initial data for subsequent structural optimization analysis. Based on the equivalent static wind load analysis of the trough concentrator, the structure of the trough concentrator is optimized and its structural design optimization scheme is determined. The diameter of the steel cable and the value of the pretension force are determined by adding the pre-tension steel cable to the mirror bracket. Secondly, the position of the angle support support of the condenser is optimized, and the relative optimum position of the supporting point is determined. The cross section dimension of the main structure of the trough concentrator is optimized. According to the principle of manufacturability, the dimensions of the mirror bracket and the rod of the main frame are optimized. Finally, it is ensured that the working performance of the condenser structure is better under the most unfavorable working conditions. Wind resistance is more reliable and stable.
